GGraeme WilsonThis is probably the most amazing hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Everything from the service, to the location and the views was too tier. The breakfast buffet was ridiculous and the pool is something out of a travel magazine. Highly recommend this place. Will most definitely be coming back

GGuest UserFantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a very beautiful 5-star hotel with all the facilities expected. 4 overflowing pools + 2 children pools (6 in total) but not heated (October). The beach directly to the hotel with a beach closet provided was beautiful and clean. Several restaurant stands available on site from 12h to 18h ( pizza, kebab, crepes /gaufres / free ice in the all exclusive formula (which I had) in addition to the hotel restaurant. The staff is super sympathetic and always laughing and ready to help you. A hotel for families with animations for children and adults in the evening (disco and show evening). 20mn walking distance is the great animated street with all the shops (a bus stop is just in front of the hotel). I strongly recommend this hotel because I've spent a very good 1 week stay down. However, the cocktails included in the all formula exclusive are to be reviewed.

GGuest UserThe room is very spacious and bright, with a beautiful sea view! All aspects of service are in place! On the day of arrival, the hotel gave a bottle of pink wine, which is very considerate! The hotel's breakfast is very rich, and the coffee is also very delicious! All kinds of vegetables are fresh!

GGuest UserThe location is great. It is very close to the beach. The rooms are OK, but beware of the marble floors, as they may become slippery. You have to buy or bring your own shampoo, body wash and soap. Overall good, but lots of room for improvement.
