Find the Best Hotels Near Beach in Jeju City

My family and I just got back from a late vacation. Located on Aewol Coastal Road, it offered great views and a convenient location. The highlight for us was definitely being able to enjoy the yacht tour. The swimming pool was also large and clean. However, the room cleaning seemed a bit lacking. On our second day, we returned to find the bathroom still showed signs of morning use; even a quick wipe-down would have been appreciated. The floor cleaning also felt a bit subpar. Aside from these points, we were very satisfied. We'll definitely consider staying here again if we visit the Aewol area.

It's a very good hotel. I went there ten years ago and went back this time. But the facilities are a bit old and the toilets have a peculiar smell. Overall, I'm satisfied. I'm very satisfied with the price and the service. It's a bit far from the beach. It takes half an hour to walk there. We drive so it's no problem

Old hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's a five-minute walk to the beach. Coming back in the afternoon, I'd grab something from the convenience store, take a stroll, and watch the sunset – pure bliss! Downstairs, there are both CU and 7-Eleven, which is super convenient for a 'convenience store addict' like me. I even found myself running down for a late-night snack at midnight, haha! It's also close to Dongmun Market and there's a big Olive Young nearby. The room was very clean, and they came to empty the trash daily. The shower is in the bathtub, which was a bit awkward; even if you don't take a bath, you have to stand in the tub to shower. I wasn't quite used to it, but it wasn't a major issue. The room isn't huge but has everything you need. The hairdryer gets really hot, so it dries hair quickly. I'm really happy with this trip and would definitely stay at this hotel again next time! 🏨

Family hotel, check-in is after 3pm, if you arrive early you can store your luggage at the front desk, check-out is before 11am, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel are provided in the room, but no slippers, two adults and one child booked a twin room with one large and one small bed, but when we arrived we were asked to pay an extra 10,000 won per night, pure charge, no extra bed. When we arrived we found many hotels by the sea, we searched for the closest one by distance, but it was a bit disappointing. In fact, the nearby hotels are similar to the beach. Mechanical key, old facilities, small room, ok hygiene, there is a washing machine on the first floor, you have to queue up to wash when it is busy.
