GGuest UserHardware Facilities: The room was indeed newly renovated, but it was very small, especially the bathroom, which was extremely tiny. The shower, toilet, and sink were all crammed together, making it impossible for two people to move around simultaneously. The shower was inside the bathtub, and getting in and out of the tub was very slippery. The sea-view balcony was also very narrow, barely fitting a person. The air conditioning dripped water when set to a lower temperature. The bath towels were dirty and stiff. The pool was small, the beach was narrow, and there was nothing interesting to see while snorkeling in the sea in front of the hotel; it was quite barren. The price was not much different from the Hyatt next door, but the Hyatt's rooms are much larger, and their toilet, shower, and bathtub are all separate.
Service: The customer service was terrible. Even with a platinum card, after booking a sea-view room, there was no upgrade. The customer service representative claimed that upgrades to sea-view rooms are only given if you book a standard room, implying that if you pay for a sea-view room, you don't deserve any upgrades. In short, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

GGuest UserSpacious and comfortable! I brought a shower filter because people said to definitely bring one when going to Guam, but unlike what I'd heard about using one a day, the filter barely turned yellowish even after three days. It's very clean! Best of all, there's a swimming pool and the staff are incredibly friendly!

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
