Very beautiful and cozy b&b. The owner was real nice! I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back next year

I love the history of the building and how quiet it was and peaceful. It was a lovely spot and our room was beautiful. Very lovely set up and very kind hosts.

Clean and quiet. Bed was amazing, slept like a log. Private entrance is nice too, we got in late and didn’t have to bug anyone. 10/10 would recommend 👍

Property was very clean. We arrived late so no one was there but the staff communicated with us beforehand. Couldn’t figure out the AC but it was a cool night so we opened up the windows. Didn’t sleep as well since there was traffic on the street in the AM but the bed was comfortable. Light breakfast was available in the AM was good. Overall a nice experience.

Whitewater Inn is a beautifully restored property, giving a lovely feel for the history of both the area and the property itself, coupled with useful books about the area, wildlife and local eateries. Sadly, the downfall for us was breakfast! A promise of a visit in the evening to provide fresh pastries, muffins etc was, in reality, dated food, bread which had started to produce mould spores, dirty and empty butter dish and a very full bin in both the kitchen and downstairs loo. It was clear from an unmade-up room that someone stayed the night before and no-one had visited within that period. It just left us feeling a lack of cleanliness and care.

The Whitewater Inn in Beachburg, Ontario came up in an online search we were doing into various Ottawa Valley Tours. We were looking for a 2 night holiday/get-away in eastern Ontario. As soon as we saw the Whitewater Inn’s E-Bike link we looked into the information provided on the rail trails advertised. We were visiting with no experience with eBikes and were coached up to speed being encouraged to take the bikes for a spin on day one. We’re glad we gave their E-Bikes a try. They were so intuitive! We felt at home right away being so warmly welcomed on arrival. Every need was met. The room was cozy and clean. We loved the jacuzzi! Breakfast is a help yourself to fresh produce, dairy and baked goods. Yogurt, fruit and granola, with a fresh cup of coffee in the morning was delicious! The 27km Algonquin Trail from Cobden to Renfrew was a wonderful experience. We had an awesome stay. Thank you Cindy! We’re looking forward to our next visit! Scott & Kathy

You can't go wrong with this lovely spot - but make it two nights. There's more to see and do in this part of the world that too many people miss as they zoom past on the TransCanada highway between Ottawa and Pembroke, Ontario. And the rooms just invite relaxation. This place was custom-built (or renovated) for serving guests well - and no detail is overlooked. Thoughtful design, beautiful outdoor patio, fulsome help-yourself breakfasts. Immaculate and comfortable. We appreciated the thoughtful efforts of the host, even providing a cake for a family birthday.

We spent an overnight there recently and we can't say enough good things about it. We had a terrific farm to table diner prepared by her two friends. The King size bed was super comfortable. Great value for your dollar. Highly, highly recommended.
