Good location but the rooms are small and it can get really noisy at night. Nevertheless, the stuff was very friendly and they serve good breakfast. It is a good option if you are on a budget or you are just in for one night. We visited Beaune and we really enjoyed the city.

We knew going in this wasn't a fancy hotel, but we weren't expecting a dump. The shower flooded the bathroom. I reported it to the man at the front desk, he said it was fine, didn't do anything about it. We arrived on a Sunday, most restaurants were closed. We asked for a recommendation to get Boeuf Bourguignon, since it's a specialty of the region, he told us to walk around and look for open restaurants. It was 95 degrees. We woke up to find a substantial amount of water had dripped out of the mini-split air conditioner. Breakfast, that was not included, was not restocked as food and beverage were used up. The only thing going for this place is the location to the Hospice, about a 5 minute walk. There are other hotels just as close if not closer.

For us good value for money. Great location, clean, building has nice charm. Excellent service and always with nice smile. We asked to work from their bar area during the morning. They allowed with the smile and switched air conditioning on.

Hôtel très bien situé... Mal entretenu et mal géré, à notre arrivée un dégât des eaux datant déjà depuis plusieurs jours/semaines et non réparé menaçait de faire tomber le plafond… des serviettes hygiéniques dans la poubelle de la salle de bains… des prises baillant dans la chambre… Enfin bref pas génial. La proposition de relogement a été des plus surprenante: on nous a proposé de rester en nous offrant une bouteille de vin et de dormir dans un lit au dessus duquel la toile tendue et ses 150l d’eau infiltrée menaçait de céder à tout moment… Et que dire du petit déjeuner où la salade de fruits et les jus ont tournés… En lisant les avis on constate que c’est récurrent… C’est bien dommage car l’immeuble a un charme fort sympathique… Allez un peu de sérieux et tout ira bien!

I don't really know how to review this hotel - it ticked the boxes but it was quite basic. Felt a bit like a convent. We liked it but it is not luxurious, in a great location and slept very well. Didn't eat at the hotel.

Hôtel bien placé mais chambre au rdv sur la rue. Chambre rénovée avec parquet posé sur la moquette et pas vraiment fini. Petit déjeuner correct si on ne prend pas de salade de fruits dont le goût acide laissait penser qu’elle avait tourné. Parking dans la rue payant à partir de 9:00.
