Hampton Inn used to be nice but the ownership obviously isn't investing in keeping them nice.

The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time we walked in! The entrance is clean and inviting. We were given curtesy waters at check in which is always so nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge with a large glass shower loaded with quality soaps and comfy towels. After a great night's sleep in super comfy, clean and warm bed I had a killer workout in their state of the art gym that comes equipped with dumbells, cable machine as a a Peleton bike and treadmills. After my workout I chilled out in the pool for a moment. The water was warm and clean with not too much chlorine. I had a free breakfast before I left of eggs, toast and cereal. They also had oatmeal, coffee, juice, donuts, a waffle maker and countless other things. The hotel is conveniently located right near the highway. I will definitely stay here again.

Our overnight stay was very good. The only complaint was the bed my son and husband slept in curved in so they both had to sleep on the edges of each side. Mine and my younger sons bed was perfect.

The staff were incredibly friendly from check in to check out. It was very noisy where I was. The toilet in my bathroom ran all night long.

Very nice location to visit the New River Gorge area. We checked out the trip advisor tips and picked a room in the back of the hotel. It was nice and quiet. We walked to the Longhorn steakhouse in the same parking lot for a drink. Very pleasant stay.
