When I checked in even though we had reserved the room through Trip.Com, I was told their were no rooms. This was the fault of Trip. Com because their website said they had rooms at the hotel even though the hotel had no more rooms to book. I have never had this happened when booking with other online booking sites. And I have stayed in this area several times in past years. Not good when you get to the hotel and are told you don't have a room, because they were over booked due to online booking sites.

Room next to mine had broken off door handle and had padlock applied. Crime scene? Concerning.
Very difficult access due to traffic/location.
For the cost...reasonable value.

This was, by far, the worst place I have ever stayed. I had to be moved to 3 different rooms before there was one with a working ac. The rooms were not clean. I bought purel wipes to clean all the things I had to touch. There was a mount for a smoke detector but it was empty. I was only staying one night so I was determined to make it work until… I was woken up by a rodent visitor to my room. When I went to the front desk and the maintenance guy said “Oh, they made it to the second floor” I was done. It was about 1:30 in the morning but there was no way I was staying there. They would not refund my room because it was “after midnight”. I guess if the rodent woke me up before midnight I might have gotten a refund. Trust me. Don’t stay here.

The Queen Sized Beds are really small. It would be more honest to call them a FullSized +. I am 5' 10" foot and my feet where hanging off the end.My wife and I could lay side by side but could not roll over, if we did not want to fall out of bed. Also I could feel the spring digging into my side. This place is ok if you need to crash for the night on the road. But I would not want to spend more then a night here. I was also awakened by the trash trucks picking up the dumpsters from the nearby restaurants.
