Travelodge Bedford Marston Moretaine

It did the job! The hotel is a bit overpriced for what it has to offer and is located in the gas station parking lot. It’s a good stay if you need to be in the area though and the staff was friendly!

Stay here for work every other week. Good location, couple of bits on the services for food. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Looking a bit tired in places but the rooms are always spotless, beds are comfy and it's decently priced. Would recommend.

Nice rooms and friendly staff couldn’t fault them However the outside was disgusting litter everywhere and old flower pots dumped bins were surrounded by litter not a good impression The Burger King inside was untidy and needs a clear out to give better customer experience

Short notice booking apart from having to book on line even though I stood in reception everything as expected, very good.

Stayed here recently and was very impressed! Room was cleaned to a very high standard, bed was comfy and there were extra pillows in the room. Any staff I encountered were very polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! Thanks team 😃

I was unable to have a bath/shower or shave, as the shower only had hot water and the sink only had cold water. The woodwork in and outside the bathroom was rotten with flaking paint. The curtains are not blackout and with the services right outside the windows at the front, it was very light and noisy.

I’m sure this is not the best example of a Travelodge. It did the job and at the original price given I would have accepted it for what it is. Price advertised £25.99 actual price basic room no extras £41.99 not sure why the price changed the room certainly

When I arrived I had to wait for about 10 minutes for somebody to appear, even after calling the number on the sign multiple times. Then when I went up to my room the corridor and the room absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke... not even a faint whiff, but very heavy smoke. Thankfully the young lady allowed me to try another room, which smelt considerably less of smoke; however had I not wanted that room, I am not sure there was another option or resolution available.

I was a bit concerned having read recent reviews! But found all 3 rooms we booked to be clean, comfortable and everything you would expect from a travelodge. My only minor criticism is the wait at reception for a staff member to come out to check us in - we saw other people waiting also during our stay. Otherwise, good value for money.
