The property is clean the breakfast was really good and had a good variety. Loved the shuttle srvice offered. The only thing I didn't like was the noise from other guest or possibly an employee talking outside my door at 530 am.

We booked a room for Thursday-Sunday & checked in online. We were even given a confirmation with a room #. Unfortunately we were not able to make it on Thursday & our card on file declined. They pulled a card on file from 20 years ago rather than using the credit card information provided. They never called us to tell us our reservation was in jeopardy. The next morning we came to grab our keys (since we were already checked into a room online.) They informed us that because no one showed up and the card was declined, they gave the room away. Under normal circumstances we could understand this, however they did not call to inform us that our card was declined. This morning they've been calling everyone else who had a declined card letting them know they needed to fix it or their room could potentially be sold to someone else. Now there's nothing they can do. We paid for shuttles to and from the hotel for the weekend as well which will be non refundable. I wouldn't trust these people with your business, they clearly don't have the customer in mind. Make sure your reservation is actually confirmed I guess and that they use the correct payment you give them. If you can't make your check in time be sure to call them. Otherwise you won't have a place to stay.

We were assigned the worst room for our 4 night stay. It was adjacent to the lobby front desk and the breakfast buffet. The noise level was awful. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable. Disappointed to say the least, especially for the price!

The staff was very accommodating because I made a mistake when booking and requested an accessible room which I doesn’t need. The staff made the change for me at no additional cost. Very professional and courteous!!

My car was broken into in the middle of the night. I was awakened at 2 AM by the police. When I called downstairs to ask why the police were there, the attendant said ohhh they are here because your car was broken into! My question is why not call me and tell me that instead of having someone bang on my door and scare me out of my sleep. The other issue was, they ran out of coffee downstairs and when I asked about the coffee, the attendant so oh it's empty....(nothing else). I asked well are you planning to make some more? She stated, well I guess I can. Why have young immature people working nights? They need to be on day shift where they have guidance.
