Very satisfied. I originally booked it just to stop for one night while passing through the highway. I didn't expect that the hotel in this small town is very new and clean. I slept very well. The breakfast is also a standard American breakfast, clean and with a lot of variety. The front desk is also very kind and the check-in is very fast.

This was probably the nicest Hampton Inn that we have stayed in - and we have liked almost all of them. The rooms, hallways, entrance ways were spotless. The breakfast was nicely laid out and delicious. The staff were very helpful as well as kind and friendly.

Just stayed for one night driving by. The place was nice staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Had a nice mountain view. Maybe hot tub can use more bubbles.

The GM and front desk were super helpful and friendly. We brought our own dinner and asked to use some plates, etc from the breakfast area and they were polite and accommodating to our request. So nice to have great people help out on the end of a long drive!

A perfect place to get away rather in a snow storm or a warm spring day this hotel will deliver every time. The staff is friendly and outgoing and always willing to go the extra mile. Rather it's helping a guest carry bags to the room or getting a cup of juice for a guest after the kitchen closed. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are spotless. Breakfast is always hot and ready to go at 6 am. The pool and hot tub are sparkling clean. I was supposed to know the hotel has actually been there a long time as it is in mint condition. You can tell the owners and staff all take pride in the hotel. This will always be my come to when in the Bedford area.
