When I opened the curtains, I saw the endless Silver Beach. Unfortunately, I can't describe the beauty of it because I don't have much culture. Hahaha, the slow-paced a**osphere of Beihai makes the travel feel very good. I ate, walked, and played for another day. The experience of a star hotel is much better than that of a B&B. The facilities are complete and the price is not expensive. The service staff here are very good, and they help to solve many shortcomings, unlike B&Bs, which only have what they have.

The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

This is not the first time I have stayed at Shangri-La in Beihai, and I have always been very satisfied. Although the decoration of the hotel is not as modern and fashionable as the newly renovated hotels, it is also timeless and full of warmth. Thoughtful and meticulous service has always been the signature of Shangri-La, making people feel particularly cordial. The room has a great view of the sea! The outdoor swimming pool is very clean and comfortable to swim in. There is also a pool slide, and the point is that both adults and children can slide! The breakfast is very rich, the taste is always online, and the food is replenished very quickly. The children's favorite is the beach of the hotel. They go to dig snails and catch crabs every day, and they are very happy. Finally, I would like to especially praise Lulu at the front desk. The service is meticulous and she can get a quick response to any questions. It is completely a butler service👍👍

My friends and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for one night while transitioning to Guilin. The hotel was in a good location next to the beach, and we were happy to have good rooms overlooking the sea view. For dinner, I went to the Chinese restaurant at the hotel, and they had excellent service and food (the beef fried rice is a must to have). The breakfast in the morning was great, with a wide range of options available. It would have been nice for the lounge to extend its opening times as they close quite early, and we could not access it. Overall, we had a good stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beihai.

Excellent, clean, new-ish hotel that is a very short walk from Silver Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Ms Celine Dong who checked us in, spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the hotel and its surrounds. Thank you Celine!). Breakfast had an impressive array of options (including some western options) and the room (a family room with bunk) was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, two children (12 and 10) and I. Would definitely stay there again.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station. I booked the hotel after getting off the high-speed rail and it only takes about seven minutes to walk there. Special praise to the front desk lady Xiao Min. She is very enthusiastic. When we entered the lobby, we asked whether we should drink juice or warm water. Booked a sea view room facing the sea. No matter it is cloudy or rainy, the sea view is very beautiful. The beach is so beautiful and there are few people. I lay here for two days without any anxiety. The housekeeper is very considerate and responds to any questions promptly. The laundry will come to pick up the dirty clothes and send them back after washing. There is an electric car at the door. I rented it and went out to have fun. It was so happy. There is also a watermelon vine outside the balcony of my room, with two watermelons, which is very cute.

Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)
