5-Star Hotels in Beihai

This was by far the best homestay experience I've had while traveling. The service was absolutely top-notch, with a dedicated butler providing personalized assistance throughout my stay. Any request I had was met with an immediate and effective response. The room was clean and tidy, and they offered complimentary afternoon tea, a late-night snack, and a delicious and refined breakfast. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with a great selection of free snacks and soft drinks. The hotel's location and environment were also excellent, perfect for photos, and offered a fantastic spot to watch the sunset over the sea. They provided free shuttle service to and from the pier, and even gave me a farewell gift when I left.

We stayed at The Reef Hotel for two days, in different room types. On the second day, our room offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the beach and ocean right from the moment we opened the patio door – absolutely stunning! The service was also top-notch; they were always ready to help with anything we needed, including laundry and drying services, which only required a quick word with our butler. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the afternoon tea was particularly good, with the option to have it delivered to our room, which was a fantastic touch. Plus, the complimentary coconut-themed photoshoot provided by the hotel was a lovely bonus; they captured beautiful photos of my little sister!

The rooms are clean and tidy. The pool and hot springs in the courtyard are amazing, a favorite with the kids, and playing in the shade means no worries about sunburn. There's a dedicated driver for transportation, and the kitchen can process seafood for you. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit!

The hotel provides an exclusive seven-person car transfer service, which is comfortable and considerate and impressive. The overall design is novel and unique, the environment is quiet and quiet, and the holiday atmosphere is strong. More commendable is that the housekeeper took the initiative to upgrade the room type for us, not only the indoor space is more spacious, but the view and view outside the window are also greatly improved; the interior of the room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. It is indeed an ideal choice for relaxing. However, the outdoor pool area is slightly flawed: there are more insects on the poolside, and the glass fence is not transparent, which is slightly cloudy. If cleaning and insect prevention measures can be strengthened in time, the overall experience will be more perfect. Overall, it is still a pleasant stay. If these small details can be improved, I believe they will be more in line with their high-quality positioning.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The guesthouse is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around, and the surrounding amenities are excellent. The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and stylish decor, and you could tell a lot of thought went into the details. The bedding was soft and comfortable, so I slept really soundly. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to answer questions and even offered thoughtful recommendations for things to do, which made me feel right at home. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and it's fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

I stayed 2 nights at Shangri-La, 2 nights at a B&B, and this was the last stop, so here's my overall review. Pros: 1. Newly renovated with new facilities, all top brands, and excellent hardware. 2. Right next to Silver Beach, very close to the sea, and easy access through the back gate. 3. Great room layout with a balcony, convenient for drying clothes. Cons: 1. The slide is unsafe. My child got injured and bled after going down it once. This is a deal-breaker; basic safety wasn't ensured. Luckily, it was on the last two days, otherwise, our whole vacation would have been ruined (although they offered a kids' playground activity as compensation, I'd much rather my child be safe. I still have to face criticism back home). 2. The hotel lacks depth. The swimming pool area has young trees and gets direct sun, so it's practically unusable during the day. The staff is younger than Shangri-La's, which is a plus, but something still feels off, probably due to a lack of experience. 3. There's ongoing construction nearby, and the entrance isn't enclosed, so it's a bit noisy during the day. If I had to choose again, I'd prefer an older brand, even if the hardware isn't as good. This hotel was pricier but offered the worst experience.

Maybe the geographical location is not the best on the island, most people would choose to live in Dishuidanping or Shiluokou. Attracted by the farmhouse's public welfare concept of revitalizing the rural economy, I chose to stay at this farmhouse. It was really the most surprising experience recently! Must give five stars! As soon as you enter the door, the fresh and simple decoration style will catch your eye. The front desk with the characteristics of Weizhou Island coral, the personalized decorative paintings on the wall, and the green plants arranged in a staggered manner, every detail is full of natural breath, which instantly isolates you from the hustle and bustle of the city. The dishes are even better! A five-star chef prepared a New Year's Eve dinner for more than a dozen family members. The portions were generous, the seafood was large, the taste was good, and the price-performance ratio was high. The service is also very considerate, with quick responses, helping with car rentals, contacting whale watching organizations, recommending travel photography, etc. The recommended delicious and fun places in the surrounding area are all very unique. The one-to-one butler-like service makes people feel the enthusiasm and beauty of Weizhou Island.

The hotel is quite new and the decoration is very beautiful. When I checked in, the front desk lady introduced the tourist attractions on the island and gave the island map. The hardware facilities are also good and the paper quality is good. The drinks cabinet on the first floor of the hotel can be picked up by yourself and there are welcome fruits. There is a car rental at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. Booked for two nights, the next day back to the room card can not be opened, go to the front desk to authorize, this is not scientific, or you can remind the guests in advance, go back to the room before the authorization.

This beachfront resort is perfect for families with kids! Nanyi, our butler, was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with any issues. The hotel has three well-distributed swimming pools, making it the only hotel in Beihai with so many. The rooftop pool offers stunning ocean views. The adorable and gentle animals in the pet park were a hit, and the 24-hour self-service laundry room was a lifesaver for tackling piles of dirty clothes when traveling with children. Overall, a great experience.

I visited Weizhou Island during the off-season and stayed at Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island. It's the only 5-star hotel on the island, quite large, and conveniently located near the beach and the pier. The surrounding area also has plenty of commercial amenities, including many restaurants. After exploring the entire island, I found that Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island could actually fulfill all my needs. The beach right outside offers stunning sunrises and sunsets, opportunities for swimming and clam digging, and shell collecting. You can also go snorkeling and sea excursions from Blue Bridge. Inside Dhawa Beihai Weizhou Island, you can have your fresh seafood prepared, and there are indoor and outdoor kids' playgrounds, a large swimming pool, and a gym. The hotel also provides butler service; our butler, Hugh, offered thoughtful service throughout our stay. We were very satisfied with our visit.
