Definitely a good location if your plan is to go temple of heaven! Very near some of the attractions and close to the metro station! The reviews are right about the cat! It is so cute and well tamed!

The receptionists were very helpful, nice and polite. They proactively offered help to customers. We arrived late on our first day there and ordered take-out. After finishing, we called the staff to take away all the leftovers as the smell was quite strong. The staff took immediate action. We could feel that the staff there strives to provide a good stay experience to their customers. The breakfast there was delicious. The room provided a comfortable a**osphere. My family had a great experience staying this hotel. We won’t hesitate to choose this hotel when we visit Beijing next time.

Great value for money. Staff are always very attentive and ready to help if you don't speak chinese. It's clean, and they have regular cleanings every day. The washing and drying machines are free, so you don't need to worry. There is not a lot of socializing in the lobby, but that is just normal in most chinese hostels. Very good place, not too close to everything to avoid recurrent crowds, and not too far to avoid commuting for long.

When I first walked through the doors of this beautiful hotel…I was shocked. It was like walking through heaven! The staff were so helpful in taking my suitcases, bringing them to my room, and helping me check-in smoothly. I was a little hesitant about not being able to have my room ready since I was checking in at 10am but they were so nice in making sure I had a room and they made this happen through upgrading my friend and I to a larger room! Not only did this make the stay even more enjoyable but the breakfast and pool were also amazing! My pool is huge and clean, but you must wear a swimming cap which they can give you at the front desk before you enter the pool! The pool closes at 11pm which is amazing if you’re a late night swimmer! Breakfast, on the second floor, definitely did not disappoint me as they had a great variety of western and Chinese breakfast. From hash browns, to bacon, to pastries, to fruits! You can definitely get full with this breakfast! I will definitely be coming again in the near future!

We originally booked for three nights, but the first night was a bit outrageous. The room was very small, and there was no place to put the slightly larger suitcases. The room had no windows, which caused the room to smell very strong. His father called and asked us to change hotels immediately. It is not recommended for family travel or couples. Advantages: The child was unwell and vomited all night, and there were stains on the bed. I wanted to pay a cleaning fee, but the aunt said it could be washed and it was not charged. The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

The hotel rooms have many styles. It is very convenient to travel with children. It is very close to Shuangjing Station of Metro Line 7 and has convenient transportation. This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained
