I brought my son to Beijing for a trip. We went to Tiananmen Square to watch the flag-raising ceremony, the Temple of Heaven, and the Great Wall because of the ”I want to see more” in the Chinese textbook. 🚙 The transportation is quite convenient. The hotel room is very comfortable. There are laundry and drying services. If I had known earlier, I could have brought two fewer sets of clothes😁. The brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic and always respond positively to questions👍 There are not many varieties of breakfast, but it can basically meet basic needs🍚

The elders in my family went to Beijing for a trip during the National Day, and happened to book Atour Hotel in Longtan Park. They made the right choice, and were heart-warming by the hotel's service. After the elderly arrived at the hotel, the hotel staff was very attentive. They saved the manager's phone number in the elderly's address book and told them to contact him anytime if anything happened. They also provided non-slip slippers, helped with taxis, ordered takeaways, and recommended travel destinations. , took good care of the two elders, taking care of every detail and thinking very thoughtfully. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for taking care of the elderly. I hope the hotel will get better and better. It is very safe for my children to encounter such a hotel. It is indeed a safe hotel. Like it👍🏻

The design of the room is very considerate. There is a small light in the corridor at the entrance, which solves the worry of darkness at night. There is also a light ***** on the bedside, which is not dazzling when turned on at night. Because it is for medical treatment, I specially asked the guy at the front desk to help arrange a comparison. Quiet room, the service of the front desk guy is very good, he always responds to every request, because everything is good, I have done it for several days in a row. If I have a trip to Beijing in the future, I will continue to stay in this hotel. The price/performance ratio is very high , by the way, the hotel’s WIFI is also very good

We stayed in the hotel for three nights. The hotel is reachable with the subway line 5 but the next station is 24 minutes walk or 6 minutes with a bicycle. The room was big enough and good for a short stay. In the bathroom however the shower was leaking and after taking a shower half of the bathroom was underwater. The towels were a bit dirty and the bed sheets also had small stains. All in all it was good for three nights and the people working in the hotel were really friendly (but if you don’t speak Chinese it will be difficult to communicate with them).

The hotel located in good location , easy to find nd cloaes to MRT , Jingson station by walk in a few minute. Lots of convenience store nd resturant around here. , The room very clean big enough for our group of 4 people. 2 bed room with 4 single bed. Love this hotel , if i come to Beijing again surely i must stay here.

The hotel rooms have many styles. It is very convenient to travel with children. It is very close to Shuangjing Station of Metro Line 7 and has convenient transportation. There are also various restaurants downstairs in the hotel, which is especially convenient for finding food at night. The clerk's service is warm and attentive, the price is affordable, the space in the room is not overwhelming, and there is also a professional robot to deliver items, which is really good~

I stayed for 2 nights and experienced 3 waiters, all of whom had very good attitudes. 3 Good: The thoughtful details are good. There are many samples prepared in the hotel lobby, including disposable toilet covers, toilet water, glasses cloth, and alcohol wipes. 1 Bad: The brightness of the room is poor. It’s not that the lighting is bad but that the window is too small. I chose a location near the window. It's not an aisle window, but the window is small like a warehouse window. Let me show you a picture. With such a small window, it is still on the first floor, so the ventilation must be poor. Can it not be damp at the same time? It's too wet to sleep well, it feels very uncomfortable. 2 Poor: The room is in poor hygiene. There are women's hair under the bedside table, which has not been cleaned. There is half a sofa in the room, which has been dirty for a long time and is not very clean. 3 Poor: The soundproofing of the hotel is poor. We stayed in the back room. There were very few people living in the room on the first floor, so we slept well. However, this does not mean that the soundproofing is good. In the afternoon, the housekeeper was cleaning the door while I slept. I could hear it very clearly, just like I was in the room. The only thing I can honestly say is that there are a few pictures and I don’t like taking pictures very much. hope its good for U.S..

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained

I will definitely stay at Intercontinental in Sanlitun Beijing again. I am a frequent traveller and it’s been one of the best stays I’ve had. The location is great, the room is new and spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful and professional. The one that stood out was Hardy who helped us book restaurants, made sure we had a smooth check in and check out. He was very kind and caring to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you and we highly recommend any of our friends to stay at Intercontinental Sanlitun in Beijing.
