The hotel service is very thoughtful. I booked a room for three days, but left the hotel one day earlier because I finished work early. After applying for early departure on the platform, I was unable to return to the hotel in time to check out before noon due to work, but the hotel staff actively assisted me in completing the luggage storage and waited for me to return to the hotel in the afternoon to complete the check-out procedures. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff here and give a thumbs up to their service!

Overall, Hyatt offers a wonderful stay, there are few disappointments. The room, property design and fittings are excellent, the best and most thoughtfully designed breakfast I think I've ever had and very noticeably the friendly, helpful and facilitative stage who can't do enough for you. An honorable mention to staff members Kerwin, Michael the concierge and Audrey and Sia, all who couldn't do enough for a customer, made you feel welcome and taken care of, in a discreet and thoughtful way. There were two things I wasn't so fond of. I was relieved to know I'd booked a non-smoking room. The first room I tried smelled of cigar smoke. Michael the concierge helped me try another, on another floor. It too had background cigarette smell in the room which I had to breathe all night. As a non-smoker it wasn't very nice with every breathe I took. Such are shared air- conditioning ducts I suppose. Anyway I wasn't gong to try a third room. Next time I'd try for a terrace room with an outside door. The smoke would need something that would have me thinking twice whether to book again. You could smell it sometimes when walking in the corridor. Lastly, the refund. Please know you'll be charged approximately another room fee as deposit. At checkout I'd forgotten to ask about its return but was later in the day informed it would need returned in 3 to 5 days. I feel this is a little bit unreasonably excessive. Thank you

The hotel is located in Wangjing Street, very close to Wangjing South Station. After entering, the lobby is very large, and the front desk is also very friendly. They checked me in. All rooms have electricity cards. The hotel has many features, such as smart bathrooms, which are free of charge. There are refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers. The hotel is very clean, and the public areas are also relatively clean. The guest rooms use white sheets, which are changed for each guest. There are more places to eat, drink, and have fun around the hotel. It is newly opened and fully equipped to meet the needs of normal people.

This is my second time staying at Beijing Lido Apartment. It is very friendly for business trips and families with children. The kitchen is large and the room is spacious. It is very convenient to find restaurants, shopping malls and supermarkets around. The most considerate thing is your housekeeper: Xixi, Zhao Dan, Chen Yang. Good value for money. Somehow I didnt paid attention and booked a room without office table.. I was glad that the staff helped me to arrange one for my room.

Very good location- less than 10 minute walk to line 14/15 in an area that isn’t super crowded or bustling, robots that bring your delivery orders are amazing, staff is polite and helpful. Shout out to Xiao Wei in reception for helping to hold our bags after check out so we could grab some food on the way out. Housekeeping was very nice as well.

The service attitude is very good. I stayed on the second floor and they helped me move my suitcases. It was very heartwarming. The environment is also good. It is not far from Tiananmen Square and Beijing Chaoyang Station. You can also visit 798. Recommended

Strolling through the 798 Art Park, I discovered a beautiful hotel hidden in an artistic atmosphere - Anhui Cultural Hotel. It seemed as if I had entered a world full of quality and luxury. Every detail exudes a sense of high-end and sophistication, making me feel... You feel the perfect combination of taste and comfort. Mainly, it is close to Chaoyang Station and very convenient to take the bus. The attitude is very good and any problems are solved very quickly. It is good and worth recommending. good
