The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not a super busy one so the staff have time to attend to you. The location is good, just 5 min walk to subway station though we didnt quite use the subway. I took a train to airport but the walk to exit E which is the entrace to the airport express is very long! if off peak just take DiDi ride hailing to airport. One thing though the room is not so smart. We turned on the Do Not disturb sign (no need to clean room) but once the card is taken out the sign is off too, when we came back and found the room is made up we were like 'what'?! overall very happy!

The newly renovated hotel is very good, the location is very convenient, and it is in the community, very quiet and safe. The service attitude of the waiter is also very good, and the girl at the front desk is very cute. The facilities are very new and clean, and the price-performance ratio is very high in this location. It is very close to the Lama Temple, so you can stroll there to pay your respects. I recommend it.

Location very close Indonesian Embassy, and to other embassy in fact. Easy access and accommodation from everywhere. Very friendly staff. We booked tatami room, but when they saw us with the luggage, they help us to upgrade the room for easy access. Will return to this hotel again when visiting Beijing in the future.

I stayed in room 8102. When I booked the room, I only saw the double bed and didn't notice that there was no window. I can only blame myself for this. The service attitude was good, but the room was problematic. I was very tired and wanted to have a good rest. The room I booked in the morning was reserved for the entrance and exit. The soundproofing of the room was very poor. There were sounds from all directions. There was an aisle on the left side of the room. At 3 or 4 o'clock in the night, there were guests shouting in the aisle, and then the voices of the next room were clearly heard. They kept pressing the switch, and there were sounds of walking on the roof. The right side of the room should be the kitchen. There were sounds at 4 or 5 o'clock and I could smell the smell of the kitchen when I was sleeping in the room. I really don't know what the partition is made of.

This is a better option is you have either 1. More budget or 2. Just want to book for a few hours because they provide hourly booking. There are local cuisine available downstairs at the hotel entrance so you have plenty of local food options. An Indian restaurant- Three Lotus is also 400 meters away. Pizza Hut is just located at walking distance and the local cuisine are available at your doorstep

It made me feel at home. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, warm and considerate, which dispelled my concerns! Great location at Sanlitun. Late checkin was easy possible. Staff might not be able to speak English, with translation app no problem. They are really willing to support. Hotel room was clean everything you need in there. Be aware some hotel rooms have no window- you'll see that during booking process. Breakfast Chinese style, no western options, however looks fresh also with fresh fruits. Coffee you get in your room. For my purpose l, just perfect!

It was a pleasure stay at True Hotel (Qiu Guo) of Gong Ti branch. Everything is just like it’s advertised on Trip.com, either the room or the location. Location wise, it’s only 5 minutes walk to San Li Tun SOHO and 10-15 minutes to subway station. So, it was very convenient. What I want to mention specifically is the outstanding service they provide. My jacket was left in the room on the day of my check out. Unfortunately, I just realized it on my way to railway station to depart to another city. Therefore, I tried to contact the hotel through chat from Trip.com (since I can’t speak mandarin and Trip provides the translation through their apps). Long stroy short, Qiu Guo hotel was very attentive to my issue, they even ordered the express delivery to send my jacket to my next destination city. I got my jacket back in the next 2 days! The lobby wasn't the most inviting - there were a few flies buzzing around, and there was a strange smell that lingered in the air. While the rest of our stay was alright, this initial impression definitely brought down the overall experience. The receptionist helped us also book our ride going to the train station, which is very helpful.
