房間連牙刷都沒有放、贈的温泉票沒給、馬桶堵了、電視壞的。
交通不方便、親子不友好、辦事效率低下。
管理模式僵化老舊，還停留在10年前，解決問題以應付為主、主要要求顧客[體諒服務業不容易]。
唯一的優點是嚴格落實公安部要求，嚴格控制訪客登記，會有工作人員全程監督，電子、紙質登記全流程必須本人親自填寫，要求工作人員連日期都不能幫忙補充，會要求查房，保證安全

I stay at Wangjinglou Hotel every year because it’s so quiet! Five-star hotel with first-class service! The kids especially loved the pool room! And the large bathtub in each room is the highlight!

This should be the best hotel in Gubei Water Town. It has an elegant environment and is very close to the entrance of Simatai Great Wall. It is very good to stay for one night during weekend vacation. It's clean and hygienic, and there won't be too many mosquitoes even in summer.
