Stayed at Blossom House Houhai, located in the alley, 5 to 10 minutes walk to Houhai. The room was very clean and comfortable, with many choices of pillows, and the minibar had many drinks and snacks, all free. The main dishes for breakfast were made to order, and the sandwiches were delicious. The staff in the lobby were very friendly, especially Yuanyuan, who made people feel at home. I will choose to stay at Blossom House again next time if I have the chance!

The hotel has an excellent environment and is in a great location close to Houhai. You can feel the comfort and warmth of home in the quiet and beautiful time, and there are many delicious choices for breakfast and dinner.

訂酒店的時候看到這麼多好評，心想會不會刷出來的，試試看去體驗一把吧！
所以，真的是刷出來的吧😄
在北京一週時間，換了四家酒店。最後一晚選擇了花間堂，我表示很後悔。原本心情愉悦的旅途也是在這裏感到糟心不愉快。
到店辦理入住，給送了老北京酸奶。點贊👍
店員全程帶着行李把我們送到房間，到房間後詳細介紹房屋設備，冰箱的飲料都是免費的。點贊👍
不愉快的是，放完行李我們就出門嗨皮了，前面是酒吧一條街，淺喝一杯到酒店23:00多，準備躺下休息發現床單上有污漬。立馬聯繫前台，值班經理來了繞來彎去講的彷彿是我們自己弄臟的故意碰瓷一樣，態度是好的講的話是讓人不爽快的，確實太晚了也不想過度計較。給我們重新送了兩床被子，我們是超大床，送來的被子衹夠一個人蓋。那就讓我和先生分被子了唄。
早上退房直言這個過程讓我不舒服了，清潔不到位可以理解。但是態度很有問題。酒店給的回覆是值班經理新來的，我説當時送我去房間帶走走錯路的妹妹也説她實習的。小事情我也不計較，怎麼連值班經理都新來的，很好既然你們酒店流動性這麼大，人員業務能力都不行，那就不要再讓大家一個勁誇你們好了～
退款我不要，一分都不要。好評如你們所願我也給了，消費者都不是**，大家擦亮眼睛吧😀
