I recently stayed at the Beijing Hejia Hotel and chose a basement room. Overall, I was basically satisfied with the stay.
I stayed in the basement. It is not a problem for travelers who do not have special needs for natural light, just sleep.
I especially praised the hotel staff for leaving me a very good impression. They were very friendly and helpful, and provided efficient services both during check-in and check-out. This positive service attitude greatly improved my stay.
In summary, although the room environment is not the best choice, considering the good service attitude of the staff and the relatively reasonable price, I will still give this hotel a basically satisfactory evaluation.
