客房服務很好，大家很熱情，房間也免費做了升級，離店還送自家種的菜和雞蛋，小朋友還有禮物，很周到。
園區設施比較豐富，小朋友可以玩的項目挺多，松鼠大觀園、孔雀園、小童室內室外遊樂場、圖書館。
房間挺乾淨的，落地窗對面有山有水，環境鬧中取靜。
圖中那種蟲子太多了，工作人員也不清楚是什麼蟲子，這兩年才有的，不咬人但往人身上撲挺討厭的，集中在松鼠園區，其他地方不多見影響整體體驗。

挺乾淨的，給升級了房間，定了房間兩天都可以玩松鼠谷。孩子玩的很開心。孔雀園沒有柵欄，可以近距離觀看。臨走還送了自己地裏的菜和雞蛋。
