The theme of our room given was on relaxation... it came with Breo neck massagers, head/scalp massagers, n Tiffany blue furniture. Hotel provides free canned drinks, chips and cookies, and are replaced daily. It's connected to the mall and there are many food options at the mall. Great location and service is great.

Our hotel stay was fantastic. Located next to a mall with plenty of food eateries. Hotel is about 600m walking distance to the nearest train station. We had booked the family room that came with 2 double beds. Room was big and clean. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, and always willing to lend a hand whenever we needed help with finding locations, recommending places to visit or making reservations. Kudos to hotel manager 谢永旺 and room maintenance staffs 史沁棉 and 胡文霞.

The hotel services were excellent and we loved it. The food too was great. LeJoy is a nice place to be.

We stay there for 5 days 4 nights. The room is big and clean. Very convenience as the metro station is less than 5 mins walking distance. We stay there in Mid April and the room temperature is around 29 Deg C.

I would recommend this hotel if you travel to Beijing. The staffs can speak English which that help us a lot. i came with friend and overall we are satisfied with room and cleanliness.

Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Service is excellent and the hotel is located inside Joy City shopping mall. Subway station are within walking distance. Hotel are surrounded with shopping malls. Fully recommended.

Good Hotel Good service Clean Near Department Store and Food service

The entire stay was amazing, but I wanted to emphasize the staff who went above and beyond. Specifically, Xiao Shen who helped us get a good deal on extending our stay, and followed up extensively on some items we left in the room, as well as the cleaners who covered rooms 1259 and 1561 during our stay - they helped with numerous requests on top of keeping the room sparkling clean each day.

**Great Location!** This hotel has a fantastic spot, directly connected to Le Joy Mall, making it super easy to find food and do some shopping. It's also close to the Xidan metro line, which conveniently takes you straight to Universal Studios. The breakfast was fantastic. They do need to work on cleanliness, particularly in the shower area, but overall it was a good stay.

Good location. Within shopping Centre. Close to lots of shopping n F&B. Walking distance to mrt interchange station.

Location prime. The room theme was allocated randomly and was clean and tidy. The bathroom and the toilet can be combined.

Enjoyed our stay at Le Joy Hotel! The location is really good for metro as there is the linkway from metro to hotel (not sheltered). However do take note if you are taking a taxi as the roads can be slightly congested. Staffs were brilliant. They were attentive and helpful and did their best to accommodate to our requests. Room was neat and clean.
