Locations is too far away from any of the attractions. But there is metro in 1km distance. Not many food choice restaurants or stores near by. But the hotel is good. And very friendly staff.

The bathroom needs a complete revamp trying to get under shower is a real problem as the shower head is to close to the wall and not adjustable. Plus the sea food in the restaurant took its toll. Could I say never again

Ms. Sun at the reception desk was very efficient in solving my problems with lost and found. Very cheerful and friendly.

Nice hotel in business and factory part of Beijing. We stayed one night before Daxing airport. We’ve got to the airport w/o traffic problems in time. There are some restaurants around and Clint very long distance to outlet. Some people prefer this area b/c of business and factory production area. We enjoyed our stay in hotel. The reception speaks English. It’s nice restaurant inside but it was empty.

The best gym in an hotel I ever seen

Pullman Hotel is great, clean, staff can speak English well and very helpful. But I have bad experience with wifi in this hotel and I would like to remind all travellers from overseas that using wifi especially in 5 star hotels are dangerous that someone will try to hack you..better u have your own roaming private wifi from your own country. When I tried to connect wifi of Pullman I could get connected but it said no internet connection both to my iphone and android phone .. while there is nothing wrong at all with my phones. 2 hotel staffs were sent to my room but none of them can solve problem. My friend called me by whatsapp and my phone that is connected to hotel wifi without internet could rang (althought it said no internet) ..it proved a strange thing with hotel wifi.. Suddenly I got warning from google that some had my password tried to enter my account in Google .. but Google rejected it and I was requested to change password as soon as possible .. there are many IT criminals in China so all overseas travellers coming to China must be warned not to use hotel wifi

Location is a little way out, but the facilities are great and the staff wonderfully helpful and friendly. Best hotel I’ve stayed in during my month long travels!

Room AC not working and no coffee

Worse experience , I book for 9 stays. Room did not clean , dust , door card on the floor and also biscuits crumps ont the floor. For first 4 days I been complaining to the hotel regarding cleaniness. Aircond spoiled and one of staff insist it was ok. Until I get firm they only help me to change room. Breakfast was bad. Not many people, but noodles station always run out of bowl. I'm paying for international 5 star Hotel. But I was like staying in budget hotel.
