There are not many hotels at this price in Beijing. The room environment is very clean. You can even check out late until 3pm. It is just across the road from the north entrance of the West Station, but far from the train. It is next to a quiet residential area. There is a parking lot outside the door. There are restaurants on both sides, both large and small. The water pressure and temperature are very sufficient. In addition to the central air conditioning, there is also heating. I didn't feel cold when I just entered the room without turning on the air conditioning.
