該酒店價格相對來説便宜，酒店坐落在居民小區之內，所以環境比較擁擠，酒店的設備比較老舊了，但是設備運作正常。酒店的地理位置比較優越，離亮馬河及亮馬橋灣畔非常近，所以如果是喜歡夜生活的人士，可能比較方便。
