We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of three. The location was very convenient for sightseeing and close to the city center. Being right next to the train station made getting around very easy. The hotel itself is a bit old, and we encountered a problem on our first night when the bathroom ceiling started leaking. We called the staff for help the next morning, and they assured us that the issue was fixed. However, when we returned in the evening, the leak persisted. Fortunately, the staff then arranged for us to change rooms. Overall, our experience was okay. The staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, and the new room was comfortable. If they improve their maintenance, it would be a better stay.

Excellent location with the Rainbow mall next to hotel and another smaller mall close by. Metro is also a few minutes away so easy to navigate the sights of Beijing. Much appreciation to Elaine in particular and also Mark who worked in the restaurant and assisted my sister during breakfast. She has strict dietary restrictions and they both ensured she had plenty of food and it was suitable for her needs, so thank you both! Hotel lobby and hallways are attractive but room is run down and could do with renovation, the age is showing, however it was manageable for 4 nights. Bedding was changed after two nights, that was appreciated. For 200 extra per night, I added breakfast for two and we had evening snacks/smaller dinner in the executive lounge which was great value. Overall it wouldn’t be my first choice because of the room but customer service from the restaurant and location were both superb!

This hotel is mostly suitable for layovers I think. It's location is fairly close to the Railway station and there are a couple restaurants nearby. Small clean rooms, with all of the basic amenities you would expect. My bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, it was a good time. There was some sort of situation where I think the elevator was being repaired during my trip, so the staff showed me and a few other customers to the stairs so that we could return to our rooms. Unfortunately the doors for stairs at each floor were locked so we had to wait a while to actually return to our rooms, as the staff tried to contact another staff member to open the doors. A strange situation, not sure why the stairs entrance wasn't accounted for, while the elevator was being repaired. in conclusion: Despite my take-out dinner getting extremely cold as I waited to be allowed back into the hotel, I don't have any real problems with the hotel, it's a good value for the price.

It was a very nice stay, room clean with amenities, comfy, and they let us in earlier, thing we appreciate a lot!! Just at the reception nobody speaks English and near by there is nothing to eat, restaurants, shops, stores, pharmacy, nothing at al.. but I recommend the place for sure. Thanks!!

The hotel is very clean. the service was excellent, they gave us anything we needed, tea, water, anything. The room was big with a big window. Not very near from the centre but very near from the subway, just 8 minutes walking.

It’s my second time to stay. It feels like it’s only been a few months. It’s already old🤣🤣 The front desk was very welcoming and the check-in was very efficient. They took the initiative to ask for the license plate and provided free parking. Bonus points! After checking in, I found out that it was a connecting room. I felt a little uncomfortable, but I was too lazy to change. I will have to remember it next time.🫠🫠🫠 The heated swimming pool seems so cold this season🥶 It would be nice if the room temperature could be adjusted The breakfast was very rich and the chef was very enthusiastic and made a perfect omlai. The location is very good, the transportation is convenient, the front desk service attitude is very good, the room facilities are complete, the network is great, the air conditioning cooling effect is super good, suitable for office, the TV picture is clear, I especially like the smell of toiletries in the bathroom, the first choice for business trips, the most cost-effective hotel.
