The staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out processes were swift and efficient. The housekeeping service was punctual and thorough. I particularly appreciated the concierge, who provided great recommendations for local attractions and dining options The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was consistently reliable throughout my stay. The on-site café serves an impressive variety of coffee and pastries. However, the fitness center was relatively small and could use more equipment. Breakfast at the hotel was delightful, with a wide array of options catering to various tastes and dietary requirements. The quality of the food was excellent, and the coffee, as expected, was top-notch. Considering the quality of service, amenities, and location, I found the pricing to be reasonable. It offers good value for both solo travelers and families. Coffeetel Fan Hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay with its excellent location, good service, and charming ambiance. A family of four stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. It was a really comfortable and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Cleaning is done regularly. In addition to the delicious breakfast, there is a free exercise room and laundry facilities. There was a free bus from the hotel to the Universal Beijing park every morning, which was convenient. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful and would try to help even with language barriers. They will do everything for their customers (Angela, Cali etc). In particular, a staff member named Fei Rui Jie, besides speaking English, was very helpful, and with her help, I was able to buy everything I wanted in China online. I have stayed in many hotels in Beijing before, but yours was the most comfortable amd friendly.
