還是給個好評吧，但服務扣一顆星。最後一天的服務有點不滿意甚至有點生氣，很多地方真的有待提高。1.不到12點直接打電話催退房，幸虧那時候在房間，如果不在，是不是直接把東西扔出來？第一天入住的時候談好的延遲到2點退房才住的，到前台問是因為我兩個訂單，後邊服務員辦入住的時候沒有給備註，但我都是一個手機號啊。2.怕到兩點時進不去門，前台催退房的時候下去在前台又刷了卡，結果在13:50刷卡就進不去了，12點那會給刷卡的時候也沒有提醒，難道那次刷了個寂寞，當時罵孃的心情都有，幸虧敲門孩子醒了，不然就耽誤了大事。3.攜程明明寫的有兩份早餐，但酒店系統卻顯示沒有，每次吃飯都得解釋，感覺做賊一樣，最終都不知道問題出在哪裡。

Our main negative point about this hotel was the service. It’s was shocking. When ordering a drink and meal in the bar/lounge area, it took over an hour to get anything we ordered and then multiple orders were incorrect. Nobody working there seemed to know what they were doing. Another concern we noted was that when we phoned the reception from our room, there was nobody at reception who could speak English. We made a booking for 4 people, but the room was only set up for two, so when we asked for more towels, pillows and water bottles. They were delivered to our room but just dumped in a pile near the door. This didn’t seem quite right and not what we expected from a hotel of this caliber.

It takes nearly 10 minutes to walk. It's a bit sunny during the day. But it's safe at night. Because there are many people in the nearby business district) but the electrical appliances are relatively old, so those who mind can take a look again. As for hygiene, I don’t think there are many problems at all. However, there are some traces of use by past guests (stains and the like), but I feel it is still within the acceptable range. The price is considered appropriate.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and upgraded the room type for free. The indoor hygiene is also very clean, the environment is not noisy, and the sleep is very stable. Not far from the subway station, it takes about ten minutes to walk.
