Stayed here for 17 days big MISTAKE. So where do I start if it was meant to be hot it was cold and if it was meant to be cold it was hot. On occasion we had temped hot water with no pressure. Didn't need to go for the cold breakfast to get coffee because the same colour came out the tap in your room. No information from reception when asking for something to be done, Noisy rooms between inconsiderate TVs blaring, screaming kids & traffic noise what a disaster of a place run down dirty & non smoking rooms well....im not so sure. Aircon struggled on hot humid days rights when you need it Carpet throughout dirty worn stained. Had to change rooms stain on the mattress YUK. DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

we held our wedding ceremony there in Santika Hotel, what a great experience! Lovely place surounded by many great places too! the foods are also delicious! we stayed three days at Santika's suit and deluxe room, clean bed and toilet! all the staff were very helpful! thank you Santika!

My recent double stay at Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta presented a contrasting experience, showcasing the evolution of this newly-opened hotel. The initial stay left much to be desired, with glitches here and there. Given the newness of the establishment, I had expected a seamless experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However, the silver lining emerged during my second stay, transforming my perception. The staff at Citadines Gatot Subroto proved to be the game-changer. During my second visit, their responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. This positive shift significantly contributed to the improvement in my overall experience. A delightful surprise awaited me as my room was upgraded to the next category, providing a more spacious environment. The room itself was equipped with functional facilities, including a fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more. This thoughtful inclusion enhanced the convenience and comfort of my stay. In summary, Citadines Gatot Subroto Jakarta has undergone a positive transformation. While the initial glitches were a setback, the attentive staff and upgraded accommodations during my second stay redeemed the overall experience. As this newly-opened hotel continues to refine its operations, I anticipate even greater things in the future. Recommended for those who value helpful staff and functional amenities in a growing establishment.

coincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in π€ three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first π next time I will stay here again.

If it's just for sleeping, it's not a problem, it's not bad. The price and facilities are appropriate because it's cheap and comfortable enough, but the sheets are a bit dirty, maybe because the sheets are old. The rest is okay, I don't have many complaints because it's really cheapπ€π»π€π»

RRyu ChrisI booked the standard size room but it was reallly big! Two big beds with a small couch at the side! Toilet was also big, equipped with all the basic necessities! Its also connected to a mall so super convenient. Staff is friendly too. Enjoyed my stay!

Ssumantrih2018Budget hotel with a very strategic location in Bekasi, passing by public transport a few trucks to Jakarta, adjacent to Mc Donald and Burger King stores, close to Indomaret minimarket. Standard but a bit dirty (not like hotel 88 in surabaya), unfortunately I got a room that was smoking so it smells bad, although in traveloka reservation clearly says no smoking room. Bathroom accessories are quite complete, do not get drinks in a container bowl, but there is a gallon drinking water in the corridor. Breakfast is minimal once.

Because apart from comfort, it's not noisy. It's suitable for guests who want to sleep well.
