The villa itself was lovely and clean when we arrived. We arrived at the complex late at night and were immediately asked for 155eur which were were told was to cover daily housekeeping. This was before we were even taken to our villa. we paid this but unfortunately did not receive the housekeeping service in the week we were there. I can see from reading the villa info on Expedia's website that 100eur of this payment is a breakage deposit so I expect to receive that amount back since we did not break anything.
The pool was immaculately clean, but the tiles around the poor were chipped, haphazard and dangerous.
The villa is in need of some maintenance, with light switches hanging off walls, shutters that don't work and leaky plumbing. the concierge was always willing to help but didn't speak any English, so the only way of communicating was by a translator app, this made chatting or asking for help difficult so we barely made use of the service. We had a nice week but wouldn't return to Wind Sycamore for the reasons listed above.

The villas were filthy on arrival and many things broken or not functional. Our safe had a hole in the bottom and no batteries, aircon didn’t work in one room (was fixed after much nagging), the barbecues were filthy and rusty, the electric toaster I was given (I asked as our villa didn’t have one but the others did) was so badly wired as to be a real hazard. I told Ulas he needs to put his hand in his pocket and invest in the place as it feels like it is dying.

The property has everything we need. Ulas has been very helpful to all our needs. Kids loves the pool. Owner can even arrange transport for big group like us. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends.

Great vacation! I advise everyone!!! I was on vacation for two weeks, everything went great! The friendly staff is always ready to answer your requests and wishes! Met the owner of the hotel! Professional in his field and a very decent person! Rest only here!) The best place in Belek!!!

Daha önce bu bölgedeki bir çok lüks otelde kaldım lokasyon olarak onlara çok yakın özellike The Land of Legends a yakın bu bölgede çok daha ekonomik kalınıp günlük giriş yapılabilir. özellikle aracınız varsa çevre turuistik yerler gezilebilir otopark, giriş çıkış çok rahat. Ancak tek tavsiyem çarşaf ve havlularınızı yanınızda götürmeniz odaya koydukları çok eski ve kirli idi. Giriş öncesi villa temziliği için 50Euro almışlardı ama detaylı ve titiz bir temizlik yapılmamış. Yinede kalabalık ve çocuklu aileler tercih edebilir mutfak eşyaları güzel.
