The villa itself was lovely and clean when we arrived. We arrived at the complex late at night and were immediately asked for 155eur which were were told was to cover daily housekeeping. This was before we were even taken to our villa. we paid this but unfortunately did not receive the housekeeping service in the week we were there. I can see from reading the villa info on Expedia's website that 100eur of this payment is a breakage deposit so I expect to receive that amount back since we did not break anything.
The pool was immaculately clean, but the tiles around the poor were chipped, haphazard and dangerous.
The villa is in need of some maintenance, with light switches hanging off walls, shutters that don't work and leaky plumbing. the concierge was always willing to help but didn't speak any English, so the only way of communicating was by a translator app, this made chatting or asking for help difficult so we barely made use of the service. We had a nice week but wouldn't return to Wind Sycamore for the reasons listed above.
