Very pleasant stay here. Great location and clean room. Lovely lounge to sit and chat in. I would definitely recommend this quaint place. Right on the hop on hop off bus route and so close to coffee shops. Beautiful tree lined street and a lovely area.

Love it! Up from Dublin on Saturday pm. Playing with a band that night. Stayed in The Gregory till Monday lunchtime. My room was like your auntie's place from the '70s except with great heating, huge bed, amazing shower, self-closing toilet seat and WiFi. HAH! What's not to love? Quiet street with birdsong in the morning. Sat out the front by the lawn on Sunday afternoon and played guitar. The lounge is drop-dead gorgeous, comfortable and comforting. Garima on reception was the best! Genuinely lovely human being and with the company a good while, which tells you something. (She knows the area as well.) I'm going back!

We were disappointed by our stay . The hotel room had a funky smell, and the shower had a hot water box on the wall - that did not provide hot water. We had asked for a four * hotel - this hotel is more a 3*. We would have been better served at a chain hotel.

The best establishment that I have stayed in in many year. Beautifully decorated, quirky and very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I was disappointed not to be staying a few days more also that they were booked out for the Paddys Day weekend. I'll certainly be rebooking for my next visit in a couple of months.

Lovely older setting. Rooms are large with private bath. We were upgraded to a larger room on the third floor. Friendly, courteous, helpful hosts. Very close to university and excellent food, within short walking distance. The only drawback was breakfast off site. We had vouchers for breakfast at The Mad Hatter, which was very good. Off street parking was a plus.

Beautiful house with spacious bedrooms shared dining and grand sitting room. Clean and spacious perfect for a family. Great location for Queens University and getting to the Ferry. Helpful staff, we were able to use the kitchen to make a light breakfast before our ferry journey. This is our 2 nd time here and we will definitely use the Gregory again

Booked a double standard room for three nights at 90 pounds per night. When I arrived I was bumped into a small attic room with a tiny window and no air circulation. Asked for a proper room next morning but told all were full. Baited and switched, a total rip-off. Reception and cleaning staff were helpful but overall a case of false advertising.

Lovely, characterful and clean hotel between Malone and Lisburn Roads, close to Botanic Gardens, Queens University and top breakfast cafe Maggie May. About 15/20 minute walk into town (or loads of buses). Warm welcome at reception, room on top floor quiet and clean. Would happily stay there again!

Hôtel charmant, très cosy et très propre à 2 pas de la Queen's University et du jardin botanique. Idéal pour visiter Belfast : le centre-ville est à 30 mn à pied ou vous pouvez prendre le bus au bout de la rue. Le personnel est très gentil (la demande de la réception nous a donné plein de conseils de visite). La literie est très bien et la rue de l'hôtel très calme. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité et petits commerces. L'hôtel ne sert plus de petit déjeuner. Il a en revanche un accord avec un restaurant à côté et vend des vouchers à 10 £ (intéressant si vous prenez un full Irish Breakfast, pas pour les autres formules y compris végétarien). Mes seuls bémols sont qu'on entend la soufflerie de la salle de bains de la chambre voisine (dommage quand ils se lèvent à 6h) et que la chambre n'a pas été refaite entre nos 2 nuits de séjour ce qui m'a surprise. Sinon rien à redire.
