Worse than expected. The mattresses are not comfortable because they are old, one of the towels in the bathroom was dirty, there were only 3 hangers to hang clothes. The breakfast offered was tap water, a drinkable juice, tea and toast with jam. For the same price you can find much better establishments. The hotel is quite central.

Bollitore in camera per the e caffè.

This was an Inadequate and dreadful place to stay in Belfast , A few points, no storage, shelving or drawers whatsoever for clothes only 3 hangers on a hook. Used floor for storage No glasses provided in bathroom No shelf in bathroom Teabags 2 open teabags were provided out of a packet for 3 day stay. No milk at all 2 small dirty cups No pillows available when requested Room was not adequate for 2 people "Breakfast " a joke ! Locked up at night. No milk on first day, and stale bread and dirty crockery 1 type of cereal no yogurt fruit or anything else provided and instant coffee in a jug was cold, watered down juice tastes vile of chemicals. Didn't bother ... in fact don't you go there unless you want a bad experience for 300 pounds

I loved staying here! The view was lovely and the beds were very comfy. The bathrooms were clean and there is a desk with a kettle, tea and coffee. If you are looking for dinner there is a restaurant right next door, breakfast is self service and there are lots of options for breakfast. The staff and receptionist were very friendly, would recommend!

My Husband, Myself & my friend stayed in a triple room (en suite) 11th to 14th July. Room was fine. En-suite was tiny. Had to shower with 1 hand as shower head would not stay put. Had no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Had to go downstairs into a communal room which had a kettle & a microwave but when you consider that there were at least 40 rooms in the hotel it wasn’t ideal. £477 for 3 of us for 3 nights. Wasn’t the most expensive but wasn’t the cheapest either

Ótima localização, próximo ao centro e à estação principal, quartos aconchegantes, limpos e café da manhã fora de série. Destaque para o atendimento, extremamente atencioso e amigável. Ótimo custo benefício!

Botanic Rest Hotel. Our room 44, was just big enough for the two of us, with our own bathroom which included the shower, sink and toilet. The building is spread across three floors with no lifts, but easy enough to access. Our floor had some extra toilets and showers which came in handy sometimes! You get a fob to access the building and a key to access your room. Towels were changed each day and the bed was made each day. (We stayed for 4 nights). The ground floor has the reception, a TV room with a sink and a microwave, and a breakfast room which serves free breakfast from 8am till 10am. Cornflakes, oats, fruit juice, water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, butter, jam and a toaster are freely provided! No sausages, bacon eggs etc, but for free, this was perfect for us! Location was excellent with No 7 buses stopping roughly 40 yards away and No 8 buses stopping on the next street, roughly 150 yards away. I have to give David on reception a special mention. He was friendly, professional and courteous at all times, especially during check in and check out. When we needed something for our room, he made sure it arrived within minutes. Louise gave us hints and tips for places to go for food and drink which was appreciated. All in all, brilliant staff and a place Caroline and I would definitely recommend, and stay again if we come back to Belfast. Enjoy!
