Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

Very warm and friendly service from the receptionists. Small rooms, but nothing to bother for short stays or just overnight. Entrance to the car park on the side, with an elevator attached to the rooms. The only caveat is regarding the procedures for ”buying” the entrance to the breakfast, which in the way that it is carried out ended up generating a considerable queue and a bit of turmoil at the reception.

The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

I must say that this hotel is highly overrated in Tripadvisor. If you plan to stay for a couple of days it is okay but as I was visiting family and friends I booked for 10 days and it was quite unpleasant. The hotel has a policy of only cleaning every 3 days (because of covid, apparently) but I could never managed to get it cleaned unless I asked more than one member. They have a jacuzzi - white and with many stains - but the area is unpleasant. The staff is very nice but you dont manage to get the service you want. Breakfast is average to low and even in the room when I asked to add another instant coffee I was told that this is only provided when I arrive and no more coffee in the room! I am from Belo Horizonte and visit regularly but would certainly not chose to stay in this place again.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

I booked breakfast for a couple, but the restaurant did not serve coffee that day. According to the hotel reception, they had a problem, which is why they didn’t have time to drink coffee that day. Because of my early training, I had to leave in a hurry to find a bakery. I also don't like this service, it lacks empathy and friendliness.

The location is great, but there are a number of similar hotels around with better services for the same rates. Despite the very polite personel, the hotel finishing is very poor (carpet, curtains etc), with less than adequate commodites: there are no power sources close to the bed so you cannot charge your cell overnight while having it handy, the TV only shows free/basic channels (4 religious and Globo), the shower door was broken, they do not offer hand towels, and won't lend you a cup or glass if you need it.

I went there on Valentine's Day and found that the whole hotel is in order, especially on such anniversaries. Very cost-effective and worth it! The rich and varied breakfast makes the daily price more valuable. The room is also very nice. I just missed a heated swimming pool because the pool area is cool, but it is impossible to get in, it's too cold! For BH hotels, heating will be a big difference.
