I was welcomed by a great and kind staff. The room was tide and clean. Very comfortable bed which is specially good after a long trip. The breakfast was delicious and we could have sweet or salted tapioca. Cheese bread and different sorts of cakes and breads were also available. I had a great time there with a nice view of the sky.

Whenever I go to Belo Horizonte I stay at the hotel, it has an excellent restaurant, my grade is 10. I highly recommend it

A responsável pelo atendimento para a contratação do evento, Eloá Coelho, foi surpreendente, esclarecedora e eficiente, e, no primeiro contato, recebi todas as informações necessárias para a realização do evento e sobre a disponibilidade, preços e toda a logística do hotel. As políticas de cancelamento e pagamento foram bem explicadas e justas. Toda estrutura oferecida dos serviços para o desenrolar do evento, foram precisas e super profissional, antes durante e pós-evento, abrangendo toda equipe do hotel além da Eloá: equipe da montagem, equipe de apoio audiovisual, todos da recepção, restaurante, manutenção, manobristas, copeiros pessoal da limpeza e caso me esqueci de alguém, peço que me desculpem. As medidas de segurança foram adequadas e bem implementadas, principalmente na segurança alimentar. Recomendo todos os serviços oferecidos pelo Hotel, desde a hospedagem até o atendimento do serviço de limpeza. Não desmerecendo nenhum profissional. Exceptional service from both Thiago's, Otavio, Anna and the team at the front desk, and from Leticia and the team in the restaurant. Good value. Great sauna and pool area. Everything clean and professional. Really nice sushi restaurant attached to the hotel. Etc!

Nice hotel just opposite the shopping mall. Food choices at the mall if you don't want to eat at hotel, otherwise you will need to get a taxi to go to other places.
No provision of space to sit with colleagues and work. Can be difficult to get a drink at the bar as the staff are focused on the restaurants
