Hotel with excellent value for money. I only note that parking is not managed by the hotel and the service was quite rude upon our arrival. We arrived early in the morning and were very well attended to at the hotel reception, which operates 24 hours a day. However, the employee of the company that manages the parking lot treated us very badly, as he had to open the garage door. He was visibly drowsy and irritable. The impression we had was that he was sleeping (during work hours) and felt uncomfortable having to get up, which is somewhat absurd, as we had previously been informed of the possibility of accessing the parking lot regardless of the time of day. check-in, with no time restrictions.

I already knew this hotel. It was my second stay there. It is a hotel of excellence in quality of services. Excellent facilities (rooms, restaurant, garage, elevators). When I arrived, the perfume that was at the reception was wonderful. I only used the restaurant for breakfast. Great! The only consideration I make is that for the daily price of accommodation they charge, not including parking is a point that could result in losing guests. I personally insist on hotels with free parking for guests.

Quite satisfied, the facilities are quite new and the shower is easy to use.

Well organized hotel, impeccable coffee and great location, parking is paid, 32 reais per day per guest.

The hotel room was nice. One of the legs of the bed was broken, and they immediately arranged for someone to come and repair it. The cleaning lady was very nice and responsive. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is located in a relatively safe area.

Unfortunately, a hotel employee did not identify the reservation made through the website and had a bit of resistance to try to resolve it.

The room was terrible, as it had a bed with a horrible mattress, probably very old and the worst thing was the smell of urine. The bathroom was horrible, as there was no box in the shower, the water came out of the bathroom because there was no drainage. I'm an honors hilton gold customer and they still haven't changed my room.
