Belo Horizonte Hotels with Pools

Hotel located well in the centre of BH. There is a very close proximity to the 7th square and municipal park. Care: quick and friendly. Room: wide and clean. Wands are dirty. Also air conditioning. I stayed in room 814. I have noise from the street. The same thing every day. It doesn't have juices but cool. It gets buses for excursions so breakfast can be very complicated. We stayed without eating some ingredients on Saturday morning, leisure: I used the pool. I was clean. I didn't have parking. The room was cleaned every day, but no savon and shampoo were put in our rooms. I would be very close to shopping, but I would be again, and look for other hotels before going on.

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. The hotel is fantastic, but a hotel in this gate doesn't work the Internet and on Sunday two lifts are not working has caused a great disorder, even more for the event that has had this day ...lamentable

We stayed for almost ten long days in this hotel, where beds are uncomfortable and the elevators are always packed. The front desk staff is rude and will show you an attitude anytime you stop by to ask for help. During the checkout, they tried to charge us for breakfast on a day that we were actually in another city in Brazil. I had to show them the boarding passes to prove that we could not eat in the hotel because we were not in Belo Horizonte that day. They have a huge conference center that is always booked. Good luck trying to get a cab in front of the hotel. You will have to find space between the buses parked in front of the front entrance. Additionally, this hotel is on a hectic road, and the windows are not noise-canceling. Therefore, the rooms are very noisy. There is a Japanese restaurant on the premise where the service is equally lame, and the food sucks. We did not pass the appetizer because the waiter brought us the wrong beer and refused to take it back, and the tempura was disgusting. The manager is too lazy to fix that mess because they get enough money with the conferences. We are not coming back for sure!!

The hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees. Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive. Parking is charged separately. I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

Não vi experiência 4 estrelas nenhuma. A começar pelo chuveiro que com água quente parecia uma bica, o ar condicionado pingando água, o estacionamento apesar de ser parte do hotel é cobrado à parte e não é barato. Mas para mim o pior mesmo foi o fato de ter que fazer o checkout 15 minutos antes das 6 e não ter nem um café preto pra tomar. Conversei com o restaurante na noite anterior e me informaram que excepcionalmente naquele dia o café seria após as 6:30 e nada poderia ser feito. Certamente não volto nunca mais e nenhum conhecido meu se hospeda aqui.

Excelente localização: vizinho à parada do ônibus q faz o traslado p aeroporto de confins. Ótima recepção, permitiram Check In duas horas antes do previsto. Quarto amplo, ótima vista! Limpeza: os produtos de limpeza com fragrância impropria p os alérgicos. Falha na oferta de “amenites”, sem condicionador e sem reposição. Mas o mais estranho aconteceu às 8h30m do sábado: fui acordada com a campainha do quarto por uma funcionária da lavanderia , oferecendo os serviços . Que bizarro! Café da manhã : salão pequeno e desajeitado .

Poor experience, 1. The room reserved in advance was not available. 2. The window was broken, allowing direct light into the room without blackout. 3. The air conditioning doesn't turn off the light due to the control not being standard for the machine. 4. Being on the top floor, the noise from the elevator machine is clearly audible, providing a unique experience that, unfortunately, is worth it 👊. 5. To conclude, the snacks from the minibar were already pre-consumed and left in the same place. A rather peculiar situation 🤨. Maybe the trend will catch on, huh... Worst hotel experience in Brazil, and this is my first Google review. Room with an issue: 801. Top floor, first tower. Want an adventure? Just come and camp ⛺️.
