Hotels near Praça Domingos Perez Furletti, Belo Horizonte

I found the hotel very good, in another hotel in BH in August was a bad experience. SAN DIEGO is clean, new, smellful, the rooms are small, but that is the less, the corridors have a carpet, which prevents noise, the coffee is very good (I just didn't like the pretence that is of bad quality or is presented). The next has a McDonald's, is on the streets with little movement, the attendants are hearty. 3 fast lifts, it never took to rise or down, the air conditioning is split and not window. Finally, a standard city hotel, which is not BH. I was staying two days and booked two rooms for four people, two in each.

Cheguei ao Hotel à noite. Para comer só produtos comprados em máquina. Impossível ir para a rua à noite, nos arredores do hotel, é totalmente desaconselhável. O quarto é grande, limpo e o banheiro tb. Sabonete e shampoo ruins, traga os seus. Há duas lâmpadas no lustre do teto do quarto e no do banheiro também, mas apenas uma delas acende no quarto e no banheiro só havia uma colocada.  Não há informações sobre horário e local do café no quarto. No frigobar, só água e sem tabela de preços. Ouve-se barulho da rua, música e vozes de fora do hotel até mais de meia noite, embora o volume não seja muito alto. No primeiro dia, saí e, quando voltei ao hotel, cansada, subi até o quarto e a chave magnética não funcionou. Precisei mandar passar algumas roupas e a passadeira, apesar de muito gentil, não passou como deveria. A recepção raramente atendeu as ligações que fiz do quarto. Precisei de um T, desses de tomada com certa urgência. Acho meio básico que um hotel tenha um desses para emprestar aos hospedes. Desci à recepção e o funcionário procurou nas gavetas, não encontrou nenhum e disse simplesmente: ”não tem”. Nenhuma mera sugestão de onde comprar ou coisa assim. Já de volta, fui olhar as mensagens no meu celular e .. cadê o wi-fi??? Detalhe: Antes de fazer a reserva eu havia perguntado ao hotel sobre o wi-fi pq preciso de internet para minhas atividades e me informaram que funcionava muito bem. Disseram que estaria ok em 40 minutos. Saí para um compromisso e, quando voltei, horas depois, fui comprar alguma coisa na máquina de salgados e bebidas, mas ela não funcionou para um dos itens que eu queria. Cheguei ao quarto e nada do wi-fi. Liguei na recepção, mais uma vez não atenderam e tive que ir até lá. Disseram que não estava funcionando. E ponto. Eu tinha vídeos de um evento para enviar e tive que usar meus dados para poder fazer isso. Dormi tarde. No segundo dia, acordei com a camareira batendo na porta do meu quarto. Pq ela não olha na recepção se a pessoa já saiu? Aqui não há placa de não perturbe. Nada do wi-fi. Passei o dia fora e, quando voltei a chave não funcionou. No quarto ainda não havia sinal do wi-fi. Por telefone, o recepcionista me disse que estava ok. Fui até lá e, no hall funcionou. Voltei ao quarto e novamente fiquei sem sinal. Liguei e o recepcionista disse que enviaria alguém. Veio um senhor, que fez todos os testes junto comigo e verificou eu estava fazendo tudo certo. Alguns minutos depois que ele desceu, o sinal voltou. Tentei ligar para avisar que estava ok, mas a recepção não atendeu o telefone. Depois o recepcionista ligou e perguntou se estava ok. Eu disse que sim e ele disse que o sinal devia ter caído pq entrei no elevador e que demorava pra voltar. Não discuti. No terceiro dia, saí pela manhã e, quando voltei, a chave não funcionou. Percebi que ela desmagnetiza sempre por volta do meio dia. Vi várias pessoas pedindo para recodificarem a chave na recepção. Então, me parece ser praxe do hotel. Além do incômodo, só tem um ”p

The hotel is located in the centre of Belo Horizonte and has very old accommodation. The reception service is a little misguided. The room we were was a spacious, good bed, old air conditioning and noisy. The bathroom was also with good room and a good shower, but the water was passed through the door and flooded the bathroom.

The Hotel Fasano in Belo Horizonte, with its inimitable style emblematic of the Fasano chain, sits elegantly within the city, a beacon of refined hospitality. The reception, graced by friendly and charming staff, occasionally speaking German, is a delight. The diversity among the staff is a refreshing sight, adding to the hotel’s charm; the presence of a receptionist adorned with numerous tattoos was a particularly cool touch. The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

Poor experience, 1. The room reserved in advance was not available. 2. The window was broken, allowing direct light into the room without blackout. 3. The air conditioning doesn't turn off the light due to the control not being standard for the machine. 4. Being on the top floor, the noise from the elevator machine is clearly audible, providing a unique experience that, unfortunately, is worth it 👊. 5. To conclude, the snacks from the minibar were already pre-consumed and left in the same place. A rather peculiar situation 🤨. Maybe the trend will catch on, huh... Worst hotel experience in Brazil, and this is my first Google review. Room with an issue: 801. Top floor, first tower. Want an adventure? Just come and camp ⛺️.

It’s a good place, comfortable, good place around de city. I think it’s important to improve de TVs, are not smart, and people of the hotel should be speake a little of English, some times it’s very important for foreign people.

Such a wonderful time spent at Hilton Garden inn! After almost 30 years without visiting my hometown I was greeted with a wonderful team! Thank you so much for making sure I was comfortable! You guys did everything to accommodate me ,to make me happy as I went to say my last goodbye to my mother… Thank you for everything you all did for me! In this time of sadness. I left happier than when I arrived! Everything was the way I expected: such a clean rooms! Spacious, slept like a angel! No noises at all! Amazing shower! (Just how I like) Felt like a waterfall! All though our language is português, everyone English spoken! So Awesome! Not to mention the beautiful city view! I consider now my HOME. Globally it’s a good hotel but compared to the other hotel 4 **** that I tried in the rest of the world, i find the radisson a bit too limit in terms of : - quality of the bedroom room - level of speaking English in the restaurant - the sink in bathroom almost clogged For the rest, it’s perfect: - very welcoming employees - very tasty food in the restaurant - super bar - super laundry service

Excellent staff. Hotel with small but cosy rooms. Unfortunately I found a cheap in the room. The room was clean, but probably not correctly detected. I had no paper in the bathroom, I had to ask at the reception. The breakfast is complete and the parking is a little tight if it is full.

Não vi experiência 4 estrelas nenhuma. A começar pelo chuveiro que com água quente parecia uma bica, o ar condicionado pingando água, o estacionamento apesar de ser parte do hotel é cobrado à parte e não é barato. Mas para mim o pior mesmo foi o fato de ter que fazer o checkout 15 minutos antes das 6 e não ter nem um café preto pra tomar. Conversei com o restaurante na noite anterior e me informaram que excepcionalmente naquele dia o café seria após as 6:30 e nada poderia ser feito. Certamente não volto nunca mais e nenhum conhecido meu se hospeda aqui.
