We tried both bars out at the hotel on separate nights. We were served by Diego on both nights. He was very friendly and polite. He couldn’t do enough for us. A very helpful guy who helped us have a great night with his service. He was a credit to the company!

Beautiful hotel the rooms are outstanding, very clean throughout, nice little touch are the dressing gowns and slippers and the pillow menu. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The roof top views are stunning and the jacuzzi is great. The only downside apart from the breakfast which had a lot of choice, the food was not great. We have decided when we stay again we will eat out for main meals.

So this hotel is central city in Benidorm with good parking, slightly expensive but at least the car was safe (16.50) a day The reception was a good check in and the room was lovely albeit I asked for a high floor and was allocated 2 but got 4, try and get a high one as the views are nice of the city. Staff were always polite and friendly. Issue with the air con took a couple of days to sort but it was sorted. The cleaning on the 2nd day was poor, dirty cups and glasses left, floor not cleaned nor was the bathroom sinks. They promised to improve but really should not have to ask for a hotel of this standard. The roof top bar and pool were lovely and Diego was always smiling and just a really good member of staff…all should take a page from his book…good guy. All in all a nice hotel, well located, very smart inside, comfy bed and room, food was ok at dinner and good at breakfast. I would recommend it.

We stayed half board. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We had a large balcony with table, chairs and loungers, unfortunately we did not get any sun at all on the balcony. The food is of sub standard, barely warm, dried up and rubbery to eat. At the evening meal, you would be lucky if there were 8 couples eating. We called in Archers lounge and apart from the artist singing, there was no one in there listening to her. The rooftop swimming pool and area is far too small, approximately 15 sun beds. Considering this hotel is approximately 2 years old this is a poor state of affairs. In my honest opinion, this is not a 4*s hotel, more of a 2*s, it is in need of a vast improvement. Would I come here again? Definitely not

Second time I’ve stayed here and this hotel has got to be the best in Benidorm. The room was huge with a really big balcony with chairs and sunbeds. The toiletries were good quality and the room was spotless. The roof top bar and pool really make this hotel. Really good atmosphere and brilliant sea views. Breakfast had an excellent choice and the food was tasty.

Stayed halfboard. Excellent hotel everything you could wish for, but unfortunately the evening meal let it down from getting 5 stars. Felt sorry for the singers in the bar at night. Although they were good singers the bar was empty. Would stay there again but only as bed and breakfast, and would recommend the same to my peers.

A fantastic hotel in an excellent location. Absolute luxury. Huge rooms with wraparound balcony and sun loungers. Food was lovely. Top quality and so much choice. All the staff are so lovely especially Marilin and Lales in the restaurant. Pool area is beautiful and has panoramic views as it is a rooftop area. It isn't the largest area but just lovely and relaxing. This was our 2nd visit and we'll definitely be back.

This was the seventh time visiting this hotel since it opened and still just as good as the first time. It’s very clean and kept in tiptop condition.The rooftop pool is amazing and they provide fresh towels for the pool when you go. The rooftop bar is lovely with Diego serving drinks with a big smile.My room was an upgraded room so the balcony area was a wrap around one and was huge! All the staff from chambermaids to restaurant are always happy to see you. Hotel reception staff are absolutely amazing ( didn’t get all their names apart from Danaisy) nothing is a problem.

Great hotel. Room was big and had a sea view. The Royal Arrow bar downstairs would recommend. Once you are in your room with patio door closed you can't hear a thins Very lovely stall especially the Lales and Mirilin who work in the restaurant. Would definitely stay again.
