Hotel Camposol

Staff were helpful and lovely, they spoke English in reception. Cleaning and bar staff had limited English. The cleaning staff brought us a hairdryer when asked with adaptor. They were kind and helpful when cleaning room. We didn't get a room with balcony but it didn't bother us as we didn't spend a lot of time there. There is a big bathroom and air conditioning. There were no tea or coffee facilities, that would be appreciated. Hotel was clean and tidy. It was modern yet old fashioned. The food was very good and was buffet style 3 times a day. The breakfast had fried options and continental. It was well priced. Pool was small and cold. Sun loungers are needed. There is no lifeguard. Stayed here for a week and it was great. Its near the major streets and the beaches which are 15 mins away walking

This is the second time staying here, lovely location lovely staff especially the man on reception very clean, don’t believe the bad reviews, yes all rooms don’t have balcony’s, there are no fridge or hairdryers and yes the rooms are small the pool is small and cold but lovely on a hot day the price we paid for this hotel was a fraction of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast is average, the evening meal there was plenty to choose from and the salad was the best always fresh, and yes I would book this hotel again.

Great hotel for a low star very clean rooms basic but comfortable pool small but sea only 10 minus walk away food good and all staff very pleasant can't fault it bit of hill to climb from beach especially if you suffer asthma but had a nice time here malcolm webster from Skegness uk

Nice clean rooms all staff helpful . Mainly Spanish clientele. Food good .overall excellent value for money for a budget hotel

A few observations not complaints first for travellers.. Rooms do not have Tea/Coffee facilities. Rooms do not have hair dryers Safe's are not in the room but in reception e4 a day or e16 a week Do not take wine from the restaurant outside of a very rude barman will get angry with you as I found to my cost. The reception staff are top-notch and lovely The Hotel is very nice and spotlessly clean The cleaners do a daily visit and do a very good job. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and bars. I was full board and over the week Breakfast......very good...good selection for UK and others Lunch.............very good...good selection or UK and others Dinner.............I found it a bit hit-and-miss as some of the food was in my opinion poor quality...but the selection was good. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and very helpful It's Buffet and I like that and again it was spotlessly clean. On the week I stayed it was 80% Spanish guests and that to me is a good sign...always go where the locals go. I enjoyed my time the and will return..it was great value for the money.

I have just returned from the Hotel Composol, the bedrooms were very basic, but you don't always stay in your room, so that was not too bad. The cleaners were very very happy and would speak to you. The food, you are spoilt for choice, something for everyone. The waiters in the dining room could do with smiling now and again. Some nights they would have dancing, but that was mainly for the older people, or the Spanish who know how to dance to it. Unfortunately, there were no sun loungers, and the pool never got any sun. I asked a staff member if the pool was ever used, and I was told no. It seems such a shame that they have put the pool in the wrong place while building it. It's not cheap to maintain a pool. I don't know if the top of the hotel is flat, if it is the pool could be on the rooftop
