Fairfield Inn & Suites Cancun Airport Reviews

Hotel location is very convenient. We got to the airport at night, called the hotel and were picked up within 20 min. Breakfast is a buffet and it’s good, several options available. The morning shuttle to the airport was 10-15 min delayed but it wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, recommended for staying overnight and catch an early flight.

Great pool area with jacuzzi and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and airport shuttle service was efficient. Front desk was very helpful. Would definitely stay again for a long layover.

Hotel is good to stay for night before/after your flight. Hotel provides free airport shuttle every 30 minutes, which is great! It was clean there, room spacious and had all what you might need. There is shop and pharmacy in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. The hotel was built not a long time ago, but looks much older, not like a new one.

Everything was okay. Although we did have a little misunderstanding about the payment as the hotel charged me twice but it was all clarified

Juan took very good care of us, he sent the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport, and was very welcoming and kind ,rooms are really clean and spacious, breakfast is very tasty

I made a reservation because it was close to Cancun Airport and there was an airport drop bus service. The facilities are clean. Since it is a Marriott affiliated hotel, the standard is maintained to a certain degree. I made a room-only reservation and was able to eat breakfast for free. However, the window cannot be opened. It was a little frustrating, and I was disappointed that the housekeeping service was not good at English.
