Checked in after midnight and realised the room did not have a ceiling light and the desk light was too bright without a lampshade and shower did not work. TV did not work and ended up having to change room the next morning waiting around for an hour for the new room that was completely clean and in working order.

The greatest difficulty was checking in, as the kitchen cupboard was bare. There was no clerk, simply a note with incorrect spelling, which I deciphered and called a clerk from the Holiday Inn Express. He was helpful and explained that the hotel I was at was no longer employed there. The room was fine, but wrestling luggage up the stairs required the strength of Hercules. I managed. There was also no one there the next day, but Geraldine from the next hotel proved very helpful. I even asked her to assist me with dropping off a package at the post office, which hopefully she accomplished. The hotel was absolutely fine, but the service could certainly have been better.

This is the second time I live here, the sanitation is not very good, this time the internet is directly disconnected......
