I book this hotel for a day trip to Genting Highlands. Check in was smooth. I have an issue with the rooms, but the staff quickly change my room after i inform them, hot water good, cooking appliances and washer with dryer good. Pool was big and warm . Overall satisfied with the stay

Location is toooooo far away from sky avenue complex. Its was almost 15mins walk from our room to the main/casino area. Its definitely a hotel for family with kids instead of a group of friends unless u are planning to stay in the room most of the time because it seems like only sky avenue able to cater up to 6 pax a room. The room was clean but it was too hollow you can feel every movement from all areas and banging loud noise. Some of us even experienced eerie noises in the middle of the night. Overall the stay was ok. But i wouldn’t recommend for those who only wanna go to the ****** most of the time as its too far away.

Great location, fantastic view. The entry to the room can be confusing but the owner was kind enough to provide detailed information along with a video clip. There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

We truly enjoyed the onsen session especially the Sakura Pool which was a piece of fine art. The uniqueness of the pool increased the pleasure of soaking in the hot water on a cold evening. The other pools were also unique, 1 with nano bubble which we were told was imported from Japan. After soaking, it made our skin smoother. We also enjoyed the other pool near the window which was with the highest temperature. With the cold breezy wind coming in from the window it made us felt so relax and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offered great service. Thanks to their dedicated guests officers. We also had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. For those who wanted a relaxing holiday and not too far away from the buzzing Genting Resorts world of entertainment, The Yanné Onsen Hotel is a great choice.

Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited.
Pros:
Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy.
Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared
Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable.
Cons:
Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age.
There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either.
The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short.
Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

Absolutely unique ”camp” lofts on stilts equipped with 5 star amenities such as pots/pans, cutleries, microwave, toaster, towels, blankets (thin & vry cold at night) toilet rolls and much more. Tree top chalet is 10m above ground level with spectacular view of the treetops and nearby gushing sound of the river. One can either bring food from home to cook there or order while room booking which caretaker will takeaway frm bentong town. Most importantly, this fantastic place is pet friendly! You are allowed 2 pets, they're strictly not allowed on bed and in pool but can be with you in the room. Also pls be responsible owners and pick up their poo. Meet the local guard dogs (7-8 of them) and their young puppies. This place is very quickly fully booked so best to book 2-3 months in advanced.

A nice and relaxed container cabin type of accommodation in a secluded corner of a residential neighborhood. The cabins are clean, with basic amenities in the bathroom like shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. It also comes with bath towels, clothes hangers and loads of old books to read. Outside of the cabin, you are allowed to do basic cooking, there is an outdoor seating area too, but if you need heavy cooking then there is a fully equipped kitchen too. There is a communal area for breakfast and meals with less than 20 seats, overlooking the salt water pool. In the evening, its can be breezy and you will hear the sounds of crickets and other insects, truly away from the sounds of traffic. But, be aware that this place is not very big and if there are a few families with kids in the pool, their noise level will definitely be louder than the sounds of nature. The owner Chen is a friendly and professional character, he built this place more than 7 years ago, he is very helpful and responsive, so depending on the type of activity you are here for, he will definitely be able to share some great insights and tips.

TTYJoAnneWe stayed at the Villa for a family of 4 - it was spacious, cosy, clean and had a beautiful scenery from the balcony. My parents loved the quietness yet we find it still convenient to head up to Genting via shuttle bus then cable car or grab. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was nice with varieities and service staff was also friendly. The highlight for us was the Awana Hotel guided trail as it was a family-friendly activity and we could walk and explore nature at the same time! It was family-friendly as it is a well-paved outdoor trail which allows wheel-chair bound persons or kids with prams to come along. Wing and Pat were very good guides who explained the history and the diversity of wildlife there thoroughly! The trail was also safe as there were other hotel staff (men) who came along to act as bodyguards and helped with safety as well as the buggy ride! We had the opportunity to head up to the waterfall as part of the clearwater trail and it was an eye-opening experience. We sat on the buggy for this as we had to embark up and down the hill. Overall, we enjoyed and appreciate the entire experience and will return again! (Ps: Other trails will open up next June!) 👏😍

I recently stayed at Tumike Hotel Bentong and overall, my experience was rather underwhelming. While the hotel's location was indeed convenient, with Regent Court Restaurant and several other eateries within walking distance, there were several drawbacks that dampened my stay.
Firstly, I booked the triple room, but I was disappointed to find that I could only request one pillow. This was quite inconvenient, as multiple pillows are often necessary for a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the absence of a fridge in the room was a major drawback. It meant that I couldn't buy perishable items like tofu or keep beverages chilled, limiting my options for snacking or enjoying cold drinks.
One of the most significant downsides was the steep price for a night's stay. At RM200 per night, I expected more from a budget hotel. Considering the hotel's one-star rating, the cost seemed excessive for the amenities and overall experience provided.
On a positive note, the hotel's proximity to Regent Court Restaurant, TF Value, Steamboat Restaurant, Musang King Dessert, and Family Mart was undoubtedly a convenience. These nearby establishments made it easy to access various dining options and satisfy any immediate needs.
However, when considering the overall experience, I would have expected a budget hotel like Tumike to offer more competitive pricing and improved amenities. The lack of additional pillows and a fridge limited the comfort and convenience of my stay. Therefore, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options in the area before settling for Tumike Hotel Bentong.

JJarref86Overall it was a nice stay despite a misscommunication problem during check in. Yes a bit noisy as there is construction going on next building. View wise depends on which tower you are staying. It is recommended to have your own car as free parking will be provided.
Once you arrive just enter the multiple storey parking area. Find the lift and go to level 7( equivalent to level 3 from other tower). This is where all the tower get connected to each other. Then proceed to tower 2 ( follow signage ) then find lift to go down to level G ( lobby area ) .

MMoonWe were happy with the stay. We book two rooms and received an upgraded. Despite check in process taking some times due to machine error, however the patience sabahan girl i forgot her name. Too foggy during our stay, not sure what was the view from the balcony at all… ha… went back only after hopping at Genting Sky Avenue, Premium Outlets. Drove to the hotel was challenging/ quite dangerous due to heavy fog, raining and with narrow road. Suggest to reach hotel before night time with better visibility.
