We enjoyed our stay at the Bettei Haruki. All their staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. We loved the private onsen in our room. The only negative point, if we have to mention one, is the toilet, which had a strange smell hanging around all the time.

It was nice to be able to enjoy the hot springs privately while traveling with my family. They were kind and the service was good, so I want to use it again next time.

The location is in a private residence, and the 2,200 yen taxi fare to the hotel is acceptable. The front desk staff is polite and can communicate in English. The breakfast and lunch are also satisfactory. The room we booked has a private bath. Unexpectedly, we can't soak in the room, which is a bit disappointing!

Hot spring hotel, great experience!

The Japanese-style hotel is next to a river and you can see the sea from the river. In a residential area, it takes 20 minutes to walk to the nearest Shiroike Jigoku. The view from the living room on the first floor is very good. Our room is on the second floor with tatami mats. It is also a private hot spring. Go in and lock the door so no one else can come in. The welcome drinks and fruits are of a very high standard.

First of all, the location of the ryokan is very small. If you go a little further, there is a deluxe store, convenience store, Super McDonald's, and Hell Hot Springs bus stop. It's no secret that the medicine prices are cheaper than in the city~😂

The room is spacious and has a nice open feel. The staff is very friendly. Even if you can't communicate in language, wait for the Google key Onsen is good too! Willing to recommend to friends around me Kaiseki was also good for my standards.

The hotel is overall satisfactory, but the child charges are too high.
