렌터카여행의 숙소로 예약했습니다.
객실에는 머ㄴㅈㅣ가 많았어요!!
ㅂ ㅣ여ㅁ으로 고새ㅇ을 좀 했어요.
머ㄴㅈㅣ는 정말 많았는데 서비스기 너무 좋습니다~
패키지 고객이 많고 석식과 조식은 항상 가ㅌ은 메뉴가 나와서
한번만 먹으면 좋지만 이틀 연속 머ㄱ 기에는 너무너무 ㅈㅣㄹ려ㅆ습니당~

環境：房間很大，還送了果凍和水，酒店中不穿鞋子
晚上有免費的拉麪🍜温泉之後有免費的棒冰以及按摩椅、漫畫享受（按摩儀需要排隊，私湯也是）

酒店位置極近車站，職員有禮友善。但是酒店客人太多，導致需要較多時間排隊等候，包括入住登記及晚間免費拉面，還有私人風呂長期爆滿，未能嘗試有點兒可惜！

Great hotel, really loved it! Beautiful room, private onsen available, late night noodles, free drinks, excellent breakfast and great amenities, the staf was super nice. And what i loved the most was the no shoes rule, there was tatami flooring everywhere. Harigato gozaimas!

第一次到別府，飯店別府車站很近，出站的左前方，走路不用5分鐘。早上午前抵達，先check in ，寄放行李，但不能進入房間。
因為口渴，客氣問飯店櫃台能否先提供一瓶礦泉水，櫃台態度不佳，說不行，我說那可以先預支已經放在房間的瓶裝水，也說不行。
也沒說可以哪哩可以買水，只好向外走找哪邊有超商之類，幸好飯店的附近有超商。
後來才發現，大廳有提供咖啡及熱水。既然有這樣服務，為何不能讓先向提早抵達的房客說明、先飲用呢 ? 這部分，讓人覺得不舒服。
到底是服務人員的問題 ? 還是飯店管理問題呢 ?
入住第一晚，被排在最邊間，房間內無打掃，床頭上方的窗框全是灰塵，實在受不了，就請晚間的客服來看，客服一看也覺得很驚訝竟是灰塵滿布，
一直對我說抱歉，並另外幫我安排換房間。後來換的房間是中間房間，不知是這位客服有自己先去擦還是本來就有打掃好，中間的房間就乾淨多了。
竟然有中間的房間，為何要安排旅客住邊間房間呢 ? 因為邊間房間通常是最被忽略打掃的
由於房價不便宜，上述兩項的基本服務真的有待改進，真的大扣分 !
但晚間的免費拉麵供應跟早餐的餐食與服務都很棒，餐廳的服務很讚，早餐雖然貴了些，但很值得一嘗。
