We called and there was a special car to pick us up. The service was very good and the staff were very friendly. There were ********* staff there who could communicate in Chinese. The environment of the hotel is first-class, the interior is Japanese-style tatami style, and Japanese-style pajamas are provided. Looking at the beautiful scenery outside the window is very pleasing to the eye. The hot springs can be reserved privately, and there are also public hot springs, which are large and comfortable. Breakfast is also very authentic Japanese cuisine, very high quality and delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel service is very personal, the facilities are first-class, it has its own independent house, and you can also book a private hot spring pool. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The most important thing is that the hotel staff are very attentive. This time my mobile phone was taken away while traveling locally. I went on a family trip with my parents. Since it was my parents' first time going to a Japanese ryokan, I deliberately booked a luxurious Showaen, and they were very satisfied. The room was old, but it was well maintained, so I liked the traditional experience. Compared to other ryokans, it was spacious, which was an advantage. I've been having a good time privately with my family. Above all, the Suksi blowfish course was really delicious. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was that the large public bath was small, but we were always the only ones using it, so it was fine again. I want to go again.

If there is a paradise, this is how it looks like. The place is incredibly beautiful, the hot springs are wonderful, the service and food are superb. I was here with four other friends as we came to Beppu to see a couple of bamboo artists. Highly recommended.
