This hotel is the best one in our trip. Regardless of the price, location, room space, facilities, services and especially attitude, it is great value for money and extremely cost-effective. The private bath is big enough for parents and children to go together. Soaking, their hair dryer is made by Dyson, the bed is very comfortable, USB charging cable and socket are provided, every detail will make you satisfied and feel free to stay. They also have juice, coffee, and beer available to drink.

The room is very big and beautiful. The private bath experience in the room is perfect. The open-air bath is great. The most important thing is that the service staff at the front desk have a very good attitude. The private baths of the same quality in China at this price are definitely not enough.

I really like this hot spring hotel. The hotel has Japanese cuisine at night, which is delivered directly to the room. It is very rich. The room I booked has its own private bath, which is much better than the private bath in Beijing Bay Mid-Levels. The room is very large, with a bedroom and a lounge. The private bath is so comfortable! The night view is also beautiful. After taking a private bath at night, you can go to the nearby 711 and buy beer and snacks. It is absolutely perfect!

The hotel is located near the Beppu Hell attraction, which is a very convenient location. The waiter was attentive and polite and took the initiative to take photos for us before leaving. The only drawback is that my room is next to the road and I can hear the sound of cars at night.

The front desk of the hotel also provides free beer, tea, juice, etc. Hot spring + beer is a really cool combination

The location was good, the room was spacious, and the facilities were nice and not as old as I thought. The room was warm and nice with the heater on. It was nice to have a drying rack so I could do laundry. But the bathroom was too cold, so I went to the large public bath to wash. The large public bath is open 24 hours a day, and although we share it with other people, we take turns using it so that each other can use it privately. I want to come again next time Agoda costs a little more haha. Please bear with me.
