It was a very good place to stay for my trip, both clean and conveniently located. The room is spacious. Very suitable for families. There are complete facilities. There may be some noise from the rooms above, but we understand and still love this accommodation very much. As for the check in & check out process, it's not complicated at all if you understand it, and it's easier than you think.

First of all, there is no problem with the room. It is clean and tidy, and the space is large enough. There are 5 beds, which is suitable for a large family. The transportation is a bit inconvenient. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the subway station. It is particularly inconvenient to drag luggage. Friends who do not have a chartered car may want to consider it. What I particularly want to complain about is that check-in is very troublesome. The entire process is self-service and there is not even a staff member in sight. Because we did not receive the password from the B&B in advance, our group spent almost an hour at the door, calling Ctrip customer service back and forth. , communicated, coordinated, and struggled to find the hotel’s contact information, and then called and communicated for a long time, but the other party said that it was just a platform and had to convey it to the B&B. I just want to ask what should I do if I don’t understand Japanese? Don't you need to stay here? It's really a bad experience for not giving out passwords and check-in instructions to guests in advance. I probably won't consider this hotel again if I go to this place again. It's too troublesome.

It was great to stay here with young children. Supermarket and You Me town is near. But it doesn’t have parking lot so if you have a car, you need to find a place. 😃

Didn't email me the main entrance code, gourp of us waited outside. Luckly there was a person who came out, then we can get in and used the ipad to check in by ourself.

The whole room was large and nice. The toilets and baths were well-cleaned. The bed was soft and comfortable✨ However, the microwave in the kitchen was dusty, and when I entered the room, there was a smell from the air conditioner. I didn't like it a bit.

I was very satisfied with the room as it was large and nice even though I made a reservation for 2 people. The kitchen, living room, bedroom, and spacious bathroom are perfect.

The curtains on the windows were thin and the morning sun was shining brightly. The whole room was very clean and comfortable.
