The Japanese room style is huge. It can fit 10 people. We are a family of 5 and we have plenty of room for my children to explore and enjoy the room. Even the room is old but clean. The style is very traditional and we love it. We stay on the 2nd floor but the view of the sea is nice enough. Breakfast is not bad with variety of food, lots of Japanese style food. Staff are super nice. The hotel is a bit far from train station but within walking distance. Overall is great with this price.

Hotel New Tsuruta is conveniently located a mere 10 minutes walk from Beppu Station, close to Beppu Tower and the Beppu Ginza shopping arcade. You will appreciate the morning sunrise illuminating Beppu Bay every morning.

About 12 minutes walk from Beppu station. You can see signs of ages especially the lobby setting, still it’s a clean hotel. The room itself was spacious and it was renovated not long ago. The onsen is not big but it’s never crowd during my evening and morning visits. Breakfast is reasonably good with plenty of local dishes. Well worth the money.

The location of the hotel is convenient and easy to find. The lobby is also very clean. The room is very spacious, but the shower room is very hot. The TV is small, but it has a retro feel. The weather is good in the morning and you can see the sunrise🌅

The hotel has upgraded the room on the Beppu Bay side. This room type is much larger and has a sea view. If the price is right, you can book a sea view room directly. You can't go to the hotel hot spring in the morning because the sun is dazzling. Bubbles are still available at other times. The hotel buffet breakfast is okay. There is a shopping mall within 200 meters to the left and right of the hotel. There is a bus stop just a hundred or two hundred meters away, making it very convenient to go to Beppu attractions. It's ten minutes' walk from Beppu Station and you'll pass by many restaurants. It's okay to eat nearby, but the restaurant with high ratings is right next to the hotel, so you need to make a reservation in advance.

It's a 10-minute walk from the station. You can watch the sunrise without any obstruction. The tatami room I stayed in had a strong smell of mats. The air conditioner was very dirty. It would be better if it could be cleaned. The room is along the road and a little noisy. You can hear the sound of cars whizzing by in the middle of the night. It's very close to Beppu Tower and Seaside Park. The internet-famous tempura shop is just opposite. We were on a break when we went there and missed it.

The hotel has been partially renovated, the outside feels quite new, and some of the rooms are also quite new. But it is not difficult to find traces of time. The location is great, only 2 minutes to the mall and 5 minutes to Beppu Tower. Very convenient to the beach. Breakfast is on the 8th floor, with sea view, and the food is rich and special. great

The hotel is very good, with a bath on the sixth floor. The breakfast is also good, with Beppu's specialties, which makes the trip more in-depth. Opposite the hotel is Kitahama Park, and the scenery along the coast is very good. It's just a little way to the station, about 8 minutes walk.

I made a reservation at a low price because it was under construction, but construction on the large public bathhouse was completed the day before the day of arrival, so it was nice that men and women could use the bathtubs alternately. There was a parking space, but it was impossible to park because everyone left their cars empty at night. There was a smell characteristic of a tatami room, but I got used to it in less than an hour. The view was nice, and you could hear the sound of motorcycles briefly at night. Best of all, breakfast was available for this price, so I ate two plates. The Japanese set menu is delicious. There are a lot of employees, so the response is quick.

The room is spacious, clean and hygienic! The tatami mattress is comfortable, and you can see the sea view and sunrise from the room! The breakfast is rich and nutritious, very good!

The large hot spring bath and parking lot were closed due to renovations, but they were kind enough to give us a ticket for the entrance fee to the nearby outdoor baths. The location was convenient, right next to Tokiwa Department Store, the Beppu Kitahama bus stop, and Yume Town. The room has been partially renovated and is now easier to use. The bathroom is the same as before, but that may be because it is not used often. The breakfast buffet included specialty dishes such as chicken tempura, and there was a wide variety of rice accompaniments which were delicious.

Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is in a very good location, facing the sea, not far from Beppu Station, the room is very large, the breakfast is also very rich, a hotel worth recommending
