The person who greeted me at the counter was an Indian who spoke English that I couldn't understand...but his attitude was friendly.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. Just walk straight ahead from Beppu Station, turn left at the main intersection, and you can see the hotel name when you look up. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk slowly. The hotel's breakfast is good, and the infinity pool on the rooftop is also nice. There is Chinese service at the front desk.

今回初めて利用してとても過ごしやすかったです。
4人部屋は使いやすくゆっくりくつろぐことができました。
お風呂も夜景や朝日を見ながらのんびりできます。
夜はロビーでソフトドリンクがいただけて良かったです。
ホテル周辺は飲食店が多く立地も最高でした。
何よりもスタッフの方々の対応がとても素晴らしかったです。
また利用したいと思います。
