In the real center of the city, the position is easy to reach the shopping area and have a short walk. It also allows easy access to the old medieval part of the city, Bergamo Alta. We would certainly come back over and over. We were only here for one evening but everything was perfect. I wish there would be a microwave otherwise you can find everything you need in there and it's extremely clean. The bed felt AMAZING.

Excellent hotel in a very central location near Bergamo station. We didn't have breakfast but the bar looked great. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff.

Our 5 night stay in room 403 at The Best Western Piemontese in September 2023 was good. The proximity to the train station was fantastic. No noise from the station is heard at all. Tea and coffee was available in our room which was a plus as many hotels no longer provide this service! We never ate breakfast so cannot comment. The room looked fresh and spotless as did the hotel. The staff polite and helpful. The only down side was the extremely loud music festival that started up in the park opposite that made our room almost shake! We were on the upper floor and had double glazing and that made no difference to the noise that rose from the park. In the end we got out of bed and joined in😊.Advise would be to check when these festivals are on and ask for a room on the other side of the park. The location also handy for the access to buses nearby- Bus number 1 to get to the Funicolare to Citta Alta. We would happily stay there again.
