Hotel is located in an excellent location, within a few minutes walking distance to the Byggen, the tourist info center. The Floibanen station with the tram train up to the Floyen view point is just 100 meters behind the hotel. The airport bus also stop near to the hotel. It is a bit far from the train station. There are many restaurants around the area and near to the Square. Room is quite large. Was allocated a roon with great view of the hills behind. Service was also very prompt and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Overall the hotel is good. But, the liquid soap & shampoo bottles are choked until we're struggling to get the "juices" out. We like the self-service coffee/tea/chocolate, though.

No phone to contact the reception. Bad smell in the bathroom. Long waiting time to check in because no one was there. breakfast was decent though.

The hotel one is near the harbour and another one is about at city centre. However the hotel photo for both hotel is all the same.I ask for a shower cap at the reception but unfortunately out of stock. Room is huge for us family of 4. Overall pleasant stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clarion Hotel Bergen. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff were very helpful and obliging and efficient with check-in and local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our buffet breakfast and again the staff were great. We would be more than happy to stay again.

We can see the harbor from our room. I really like the breakfast here. There are many varieties of bread and other things. The fruit quality is also good. In addition, the coffee and hot chocolate from the coffee machine in the rest area of ​​the lobby on the first floor are delicious.

The hotel is located by the old town port of Bryggen, within walking distance of most attractions. There is an underground parking lot, but it costs 300NOR/night. The breakfast is rich and the hotel decoration is very distinctive. The room is large, clean and hygienic, it is a good choice

I was given a high floor room with a great view of the fish market and yachts. The mattress was comfortable, and the most comfortable thing was the pillow. I had too much luggage, so I could buy one to take away. The bathroom had floor heating. The breakfast was rich and healthy. There were many kinds of nut multi-wheat bread and many kinds of breakfast cereals. My child was also exempted from breakfast fees.

The hotel itself is not bad, the location, breakfast, and room are all good, but check-in and check-out took me a lot of time. When we booked breakfast for the family room, 2 adults and 2 children, Ctrip marked that the children's breakfast should be paid at the front desk. This girl asked me countless times that you booked two people, and I said yes, two adults and two children in the family room. It felt like I couldn't stay because the two children were not registered. I asked the manager and asked me to pay for the children's breakfast. The attitude was very bad. Then we asked her if the hotel had a shuttle bus to the airport, and she said perfunctorily that the hotel did not have one, but the airport provided one. I asked her how to book it, and she said that we would get on the bus behind the hotel and check it online by ourselves, but she didn't even say which website to check. This service is terrible. Service: Bad! It's hard to say whether it is discrimination or not, anyway, the indifferent attitude towards us is really unbearable!

The hotel breakfast is delicious, the room is not big, this time we checked in, the hair dryer in the room was broken, but the service staff was very good, and when we returned to the room, it had been replaced. The hotel is very close to the cable car station up the mountain.
